酒店外觀還行，內部裝修設施陳舊了，尤其是淋浴間的下水道堵塞嚴重。房間傢俱老舊，酒店有獨立地下免費停車場大，附近有飯店。早餐品種不多但可口，沒有牛奶咖啡。

多次入住，真的性價比高。每次回京山農村老家，都要先到玉豐休整一天，離開時也要在這裏調整一下才啟程。酒店房間很大，隔音很好，床上用品乾淨，前台妹妹服務很好，聽説我們要回四川了，拿了不少小零食讓路上吃，真的很暖心。

大京山的感恩酒店，每次回去基本都住這裏，家也在旁邊小區，長期沒人住，懶得搞衞生。回去就這裏。
據説是酒店老闆沒發跡之前，在京山遇到了麻煩，差點餓死了，一個好心人收留了，吃住後還給了車費。後來發跡後為了報答恩人，開了這個酒店（連鎖）
