二十年前是井研最頂級的酒店，曾經還是縣政府招待所。可是二十年不長進，衹能從頂級神壇跌落。
2024年春節期間入住精品標間，房間內廁所門關不上未維修，淋浴間關不上未維修，淋浴間排風損壞未維修，地板損壞未維修，床頭插座不通電未維修，衣櫃門拉手損壞未維修，擦鞋布用過後未清洗直接封裝循環使用，電視非常小，空調老舊啟動很漫，護理包開盒後有黴菌，洗臉池沒有熱水。
衹能説，服務行業是需要認真對待的。
