Later, he said that because of the western sun, the air conditioner didn’t cool down...what? What does the western sun have to do with the air conditioner not cooling? Let’s talk about the service. After many responses from us, the hotel changed us to a room with no problem with the air conditioning, and then said they would give us welcome fruits as an apology. We waited all day and night but no one came... (speechless smile) Finally Talking about hygiene, as shown in the picture, I was going to brush my teeth at night. There was a long hair in the unused toothbrush in Kaifeng, and there was a small black thing on the toothbrush bristles. I don’t know what it was (don’t say I stuffed it in on purpose). Hair, I’m not that boring, and I don’t have black hair), it made me extremely disgusted, and then I reported it to the hotel. Secondly, about service issues, after I reported it to the hotel, there was no response, and they also took away the toothbrush in question. It wasn't until I checked out the next day that I reported it to the hotel front desk again. Someone then added me on WeChat and told me whether there was any improvement in hygiene. Finally, when we left, the front desk asked us if we still needed fruit. ? (speechless smile)
