房間乾淨舒適，床墊和被褥純棉貼身舒服，洗手間自動沖水馬桶方便使用，沐浴液和洗髮露質量好，很好用。床簾遙控操作真的房間，全季酒店硬件設計和配置真是花了心思！服務人員態度非常好，表情自然、貼心！

房間衞生還可以但是洗澡間就差一些了地下都是毛和頭髮，床上被子上面一股子煙味，打電話前台倒是讓保潔過來換了，保潔的服務態度還挺好這點可以給好評。做個電梯下樓去吃飯吧，電梯在維護，住6樓就衹能走樓梯了，剛洗完澡又出一身汗，早不維護早晚不維護偏偏這個時候也真是無語了。晚上睡覺體驗絕對差評，兩個枕頭一個比一個高 這一晚上給我脖子累的不枕枕頭睡一下就醒了枕上太高又睡不着，一晚上折騰幾次一點也沒休息好。退房的時候給前台説了，前台服務態度還是可以的但就是處理問題不知道怎麼説，剛開始説給我免費辦理會員，兩三個小時了也沒有搞好還要問店長同意授權，我看太麻煩了就算了吧我説過兩天我辦完事回來還會來住一兩天，不辦會員了給我房費優惠點吧，微信溝通真麻煩一會這樣一會那樣的，處理事情還要看他們自己有沒有時間給你回訊息，到現在也沒有解決，我到每個城市都是住全季這次體驗是真的差差差。

酒店位於萬達廣場、銀座商城附近，很方便。酒店設施、服務都很好！周邊飯店多，特色美食多。斜對面不遠處是消防隊，隔壁臨牆是派出所，感覺很有安全感！再推薦下這家飯店😁

房間很乾凈舒服，也很安靜，前台服務貼心到位，我打電話諮詢時還跟我説了樓下在裝修，好在沒有影響睡眠，院裏也有停車場，非常適合新手司機，而且院內還有一家清吧快開業了，旁邊就是派出所安全感拉滿，下次還會再去～

房間非常乾淨，設計風格是原木風格也很好看，很喜歡很舒服，凌晨一點多入住前台也非常有耐心，離開的時候還給小朋友送了小禮物，氛圍很好，有茶香有書香空間裏的氣息很舒服
