Je suis très déçu par cet hôtel. À mon arrivée tardive à 22h, on m’a informé que ma réservation avait été annulée sans explication claire. Au lieu de me proposer une solution équitable, on m’a redirigé vers un autre hôtel, nettement plus cher. Cela a été une expérience très stressante et frustrante, surtout après un long voyage.
Je ne sais pas si cela relève de discrimination ou d’un manque de professionnalisme, mais ce comportement est inacceptable. Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel pour son manque de sérieux et de respect envers ses clients.
