Convenient transportation, very close to the business district, in the center of Rencheng District, easy to get in and out of the hotel. The location is also good. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic when checking in. She spoke very gently. Free parking is also available. The room is warm and comfortable. I feel like I miss home. 第一，我作為預訂人竟對房間狀態一無所知，這種服務堪稱荒謬！前台業務能力堪憂，答非所問。 今日我致電前台詢問客人是否已退房，對方機械式回覆“平台顯示已點擊入住”，但不確定客人實際是否入住、是否完成退房等關鍵問題一概不知。反覆追問下，前台既未主動聯繫房間確認，也未提出聯繫入住客人或後續回電，全程用“不確定”“不能説”搪塞，完全無視客户的核心訴求。
第二，職位與能力倒掛：前廳經理毫無服務意識，把官僚做派帶進服務業，對客户合理需求態度惡劣，強詞奪理。 面對我的合理質疑，前台非但沒有解決態度，反而語氣強硬、推卸責任，甚至指責“讓我自己看平台”。要求讓管理人員給予回覆，對方自稱她就是前廳經理，作為前廳管理人員全程表現出不耐煩和敷衍，毫無職業素養可言。

經常幫客户和朋友預訂房間，之前預訂其他酒店遇到此類事情都得到合理解決，作為預訂人我完全有權知道所預訂房間狀態（是否入住，是否退房，並非詢問私隱房間號和客人訊息等），有些注重私隱的也會核實後回覆房間狀態。但唯獨這家白玉蘭。此次經歷讓我深感白玉蘭酒店名不副實，不僅愧對連鎖品牌的口碑，更暴露出對客户需求的漠視。
