房間是靠馬路的很吵，窗户是壞的沒辦法關上導致房間更吵了，半夜凌晨入住的早上五點被大馬路的汽車聲音吵醒，一直沒辦法入睡，下午一點半前台打電話我説可不可以稍微晚點因為窗户的原因一直沒睡好，結果告訴我正常一點退房已經給您延遲到兩點了真是好笑哪裡不是兩點退房？不行直接説就好了，還説昨天如果説窗户壞了會給您換房間我想請問大半夜住進來的時候馬路上車都沒有那麼安靜誰會去檢查窗户到底是誰的問題
