非常差勁👎🏻，提前好幾天在藝龍上給朋友訂的大年初一的標間，朋友到店後，前台告知沒有預訂，在提供了預訂人姓名手機號，訂單號的情況下，仍然告知沒有訂單，請問我的訂單訊息截圖是什麼，緊急聯繫了藝龍客服，客服答應聯繫酒店核實，告知15分鐘回電，沒有做到，最後給出的解釋是，藝龍訂單得在另一個系統查詢，是酒店經理，過年休息未和前台溝通清楚造成的結果，最後酒店前台給入住人的解釋是，你們也聽到了吧，訂單是剛到的，連句道歉都沒有，大過年的這就是他們的服務，非常差勁，如果是我自己入住我可以理解，但是這是給遠道而來的朋友訂的，他們站在酒店前台等了很長時間遠路奔波到店無法入住，真的非常生氣

説實話我覺得價格有點貴，但是酒店設施還行，服務也還行，也比較正規，住起來比較安靜，早餐沒顧上吃，其實可以取消掉早餐，然後房費便宜一些，我覺得這樣也還好的

走遍中國這麼多地方，就晉中這個酒店讓人一整個無語，訂了兩天兩夜，前台告訴我説還要補白天差價，原來晉中的兩天兩夜是半天半天算的啊，服務態度極差，直接一句你愛住住不愛住換別的去，很垃圾，已踩坑，勸各位避雷
