Jinzhou Golden Tulip Hotel

I rarely review hotels, but this time I'm going to share my thoughts. I didn't have high expectations for hotels in Northeast China, but overall I was deeply disappointed. On my first day, I dropped off my luggage and headed to the tourist attractions without checking everything. In the middle of the night, I went to the restroom and found a cigarette butt. Since it was just me and my child, it was either from the previous occupant or someone else who had been there. Overall, the cleanliness was very poor. The next day, I told the front desk to clean it properly, but when I returned the next afternoon, I still found the cigarette butt in the restroom. On the third day, I asked to move and was given a room next door. I was also in a hurry to get to the tourist attractions. When I went to bed that night, I discovered the air conditioning wasn't working, and I broke out in a sweat. I have nothing to say about this hotel. They offered no apology or apology whatsoever. It was a terrible experience, and their service was completely lacking. Furthermore, the hotel is next to the Four Seasons Hotel, sharing a parking lot, making it difficult to find a parking space.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a night market downstairs, but because it is winter, the night market is closed. The room is relatively large and very clean and tidy. Great service.
