Because the hotel is located in the village, it is not particularly easy to find, but once you enter the hotel area, a staff member will take the initiative to take you to the front desk. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and understood your needs in detail. Second, the accommodation environment is elegant and well-equipped. Because the hotel is located in the National Banzao Park, the overall natural environment is impeccable. Each room is in a stand-alone area and is equipped with large-scale amusement facilities and private hot springs, making it suitable for family travel, living and playing. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with a simple and elegant layout, comfortable and soft furniture, and smart night lights and gauze curtains are very convenient to use, providing a quiet environment for rest at night. Third, the staff’s service attitude is excellent. Wherever we go, there is someone to accompany us and explain and answer questions in detail. They will proactively ask and arrange whether we need to take a hot spring bath and what our dining requirements are. When we eat, we will personally deliver the meals to the hotel and settle us. They will proactively ask if we need pick-up service. They have a bright smile and a warm attitude, which makes people feel good. The restaurant has an elegant and clean environment, and the dishes are well presented and taste great. Fourth, the village is quite charming. The hotel is located in the National Banzao Park. Along the way, there are ancient jujube trees that are hundreds of years old and distinctive dwellings with high walls and courtyards. It is a great place to stroll during the day or take a walk at night. Generally speaking, as far as I am concerned, I have never enjoyed such high-quality hotel services at this price. From this hotel stay experience in Yunqiu Mountain Scenic Area to Yao Village, I have felt the charm of Shanxi's local tourism culture and the service level. It was a wonderful experience.
