Booked two double rooms, and brought the baby to the room, and there was a musty smell in front of you; in this stumbling weather, the sheets were all wet and all the garbage bags were full of water vapor! I went to the front desk to ask, but the attitude was good. I changed two rooms, but unfortunately the room was still damp; the window behind the room was facing a hillside. It is estimated that the room was damp because of the trees; because the front desk attitude was also good, I was too lazy to change hotels ; But next time I go to Jishou, I should not stay in this damp room with my family and children.

房間乾淨衞生，前台還有服務員的態度都很好。需要什麼都可以通過房間的電話聯繫他們，然後就是房間配的一次性用品質量真的很好酒店，酒店旁邊配的餐館味道很不錯。下樓馬上就可以吃大餐了。

酒店衞生乾淨，環境優美，設施齊全，房間格局很周正，床墊柔軟。裝飾很大方簡潔，服務熱情，周遭吃飯很方便。停車也方便。前台經理介紹周邊遊的項目都很完美。玩得很開心。地理位置很好，很便利，西街，乾州古城南面。南邊1公里就是高速收費站。距離火車站2.5公里。維也納酒店下次再來吉首的首選之酒店

這是我們住過的維也納酒店中最差的一家了，設施老化，進門一股味道直沖鼻子，空調掛在窗外，噪音大，早餐相當的差，至少以後不會住這家了。應該對設施進行改造了。

服務員都很熱情，前台房間處理問題都十分及時，衞生做的也很乾凈，酒店環境不錯，客房用品齊全，毛巾被子也都很千凈，住着很安心，前台服務員辦理入住服務周到，微笑服務做的非常不錯👍👍

過年來湘西旅遊，住這個酒店很方便，離鳳凰古城也不遠，周邊也有很多旅遊景點，乾州古城，矮寨大橋等等，玩的很開心，住的也很開心
