Nice hotel. Im not a fan of old carpets in hotels because they are verry hard to clean and they seem to smell. It was not that bad in this hotel but if they where renovating this would be the first thing i would do. We went to Dehang from the hotel what was beatifull!

酒店位置真的太讚了，就在吉首大學，交通也是真的很方便，距離乾州古城都很近，想古城逛逛都很方便的，出門步行幾分鐘就到了，特別適合來湘西旅遊的友友們，然後酒店衞生也挺乾淨的，酒店性價比還是蠻高的~而且酒店前台態度也蠻好的，還主動給我們打招呼，會跟我們介紹湘西的美食和美景，讓我們不踩雷，房間也不用説了，設施設備也是沒得説，基本你想要的都有，睡着很舒服。總的來説這次的入住體驗還不錯，來他家不踩雷哦～

前台辦理入住電腦操作熟練，小姐姐服務態度很好，辦理入住的時候感覺很親和，全程微笑讓人很舒服。房間衞生也很乾凈，設施設備都很齊全，特意看了一下房間內的窗簾，還是遮光窗簾，全部拉上的話可以完美的屏蔽光線，好適合下午睡個午覺哦。酒店位置非常不錯，就在吉首大學，晚上出去吃吃東西不要太方便了。

不得不説酒店性價比還是蠻高的，確實離乾州古城不遠，前台工作人員很熱情，主動和我們噓寒問暖，就感覺得到酒店對客人是非常重視的，然後前台還主動告訴我們怎麼去乾州古城，還是蠻令人高興的~這點讓我覺得很舒服~然後酒店出行也比較方便，房間注入了酒店自己的想法和裝修風格，看起來舒服和明亮的感覺。衞生也弄得挺乾淨的，沒什麼可以挑的出毛病的地方，我和朋友都住的非常開心啦，下次來湘西還住這嘻嘻嘻~

酒店內部和周邊環境都不錯，整體住下來感覺很舒適了。無論是樓層阿姨還是前台，服務態度都很好，我們是過來找朋友的，也沒來湘西這邊玩過，但是在酒店真的感受到了大家的熱情，問任何問題都非常仔細的回答，並且真的是有感受到了他們服務的親和和舒服。房間設施設備也完善的很不錯，備有一次性拖鞋，空間比較大，但是空調效果也非常不錯，馬上就涼快了，看着外面艷陽高照，在房間待着很涼快的。免費停車也是非常方便的，住下來感覺很值了，有機會的話下次還會來入住！

酒店位置很方便，開車來湘西出差大晚上十一點才到，前台工作人員很熱情，就讓人瞬間感覺像回到家了一樣，還提供免費停車場，辦完入住後想去吃點東西，前台還幫忙推薦周邊有什麼好吃的，雖然衹是幾句話但是讓人就很感動! 房間的話，首先是比較寬敞，我行李比較多也不覺得邁不開腿，衞生也還是蠻乾淨的，第二天還主動問是否需要做衞生，總之這家酒店的服務和衞生都做的挺到位，行程比較匆忙其他的也沒來得及感受，但是作為頻繁出差的我來説，衞生和服務做到位已經非常滿意了！下次來湘西出差首選這家

滿分好評！外面烈日炎炎，躲進房間瞬間被清涼包圍，空調給力又安靜！下午宅着哪兒也不想去，看看電視刷刷手機，或者就躺着發呆，那份安逸舒適感真是絕了。這才是假起該有的樣子，完美躲開酷暑的避暑天堂，太安逸了！強烈推薦！

房間安靜得很，一點不吵人。床墊軟硬剛好，枕頭一靠就陷進去，解乏！洗手間乾濕分得清清楚楚，早上搶時間也不亂。WiFi嗖嗖快，幹活不費勁。對我們這種天天趕路的，能踏實睡一覺就是值當。
