房間夠大，設施簡單夠用。服務態度特別好，很周到，房間飲用水不夠可以再配，晚上服務員還送來銀耳羹，甚至身份證用後用專用袋裝好還回。缺點是裝修老點，停車場環境差點，地面硬化不好，全是土，出口路窄，車進出不是很方便。

酒店離乾州古城較近，有免費停車，但車位較緊張，前台工作人員服務熱情，客房阿姨很熱心，晚上還送來紅豆湯，還幫忙送洗衣服，非常感謝！
