The room was average. The air conditioner was noisy. The hotel staff scratched my car when they moved it in the parking lot.

Everything else is pretty average. The facilities are quite laggy when playing PUBG. Service: It's really bad. Let's talk about the matter. It's our fault that we delayed the check-out. You kept urging us outside and we tried to hurry up inside. I tolerated your scolding. I didn't finish taking my things, but you threw them on the ground in front of me. You asked me if I want to work in the service industry. If I can do it, forget it. I'll spend money to suffer your anger. Don't use Mid-Autumn Festival as an excuse. Why should I go to work if I have something else? Why should I come to suffer your anger during Mid-Autumn Festival? This is the first time I have seen hotel staff with such a bad service attitude. Let's make it clear that we are consumers and you are the service staff. If you go for the facilities, it's just average. If you want to experience bad service, go there. I'm really disgusted 🤮🤮🤮

怎麼説呢，吉首這個地方住的地方普遍質量不高，無論是幾百塊的著名連鎖，還是這種低價小店，都是潮氣滿滿，問題多多。前台一開始給安排的房間，實在一言難盡，直接看圖吧，洗衣房衹有一台洗衣機，靠運氣看它能不能碰巧輪到你的時候會正常工作……立即決定退房，前台這才很不情願的給換了一間勉強過得去的房間，湊合一晚。

房間寬敞明亮，房間衞生乾淨，環境安靜舒適，酒店位置便利，靠近吉首大學、乾州古城等景點，周邊餐飲選擇豐富，尤其是炒快餐備受好評。地下停車場直達樓層，交通與停車便捷，性價比高，前台服務態度熱情

非常滿足我的需求，食材鮮艷亮麗，這個價位能品嚐到這種品質的食物，非常滿意！環境非常獨特，風格統一，就喜歡這種有格調的地方
