Old hotel. Mildew smell when AC is on.
Helpful staff. Below average breakfast.
Some customers smoke on rooms.
Not access friendly. River walk nearby.

Room had smoking smell and 9th floor had a great view of the lake but the room could be cleaner. Maybe fresh paint won’t hurt and clean the moldy area in bathroom, change light bulb would be nice, missing one in bathroom, elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage to first floor. Our 5th fl room two days ago was so much newer and cleaner. Not sure what happened. Shame!
