老牌酒店，裝修時間雖應該有點久了，勝在衞生乾淨，性價比也高，地理位置也很不錯，可以開電子發票，掃碼即開

特價房與普通房沒有明顯標註出區別，與平台提供的照片不符合，虛假宣傳。
週末漲價，導致更進一步讓人產生誤解。
設備老化，牆還脱皮，櫃子起翹，光線很暗，有幾個燈泡沒有維修，導致眼睛非常的不舒服。
房間環境與價格不相符！！！

窗子壞的，要非常大力氣關緊。為什麼關緊，外面是馬路，晚上九點外面喇叭叭叭響，空調外機嗡嗡響。不是沒跟前台説，我還特意跟前台説了要安靜的房間。洗頭的東西也非常不好，洗了之後打結。WIFI是免費的，但是沒有網速。洗了澡身上都癢後續是攜程給我打電話溝通了説店家拒絕賠償，攜程賠了折扣劵。

電話是擺設，房間浴帽也沒有，讓我兒子去問前台拿個浴帽，説沒有昨天用完了，因為洗髮水太差勁了洗了估計得自己打結那種，就想用浴帽裹着頭髮不被弄濕，然後又讓我女兒下去跟前台説浴帽是每個房間必備的，前台才説我找一下，然後就找到一個了，一趟趟的往樓下跑，電話機的事情也反映了，説讓人來跟我們插一下房間的電話線，結果直到兩點退房都沒有人來處理！

體驗感超級差，房間網速堪比蝸牛，房間衞生差，五金都是銹跡斑斑的，前天服務全程無表情，最主要的是全程無溝通，疫情常態化，酒店沒有警覺，不看健康碼也不看行程碼，疫情三年出差遇到的獨一家，老闆也是，單房裝修10萬左右的房間，居然不去重視一下網絡及對客服務上，性價比超低，總之不推薦。
