總樓層 17，安排的房間在 16，隔音確實不行，周邊房間的住户説話聲音很大，加之隔音不太行，很吵。同時，四個枕套中有個枕套是破的，而且另一個枕套上有明顯的污漬，衞生水平不敢恭維。硬件設施確實老舊了，希望能夠及時更新裝修。

房間大，乾淨，安靜！設施齊全，有健身房，早餐品種多樣化，大廳有咖啡、飲料免費供應！前台服務兩個女生都很盡心，知道如何讓客人再次回來！有種賓至如歸的感覺！因為這我訂了淮南政務中心南站，進來就想退！

再次來到九江市，首選了維也納酒店，依然喜愛維也納酒店的熱情周到貼心的服務！在前台工號023小姐姐輕聲細語的叮囑後，步入了客房，客房寬敞佈局合理乾淨衞生舒適温馨，很是喜歡！酒店周邊有家幸福裏的美食不錯，旁邊和還有步行街和大型超市，還有比較大型的停車場！

酒店整體裝修呈歐式風格，感覺大氣莊重，我們定的是套房，可以住4個人，最令人驚艷的是有兩個衞生間，驚不驚喜、意不意外，入住體驗那就是非常方便。前台服務太熱情了，我們一到店，好幾個接待員為我們服務，每人送上1瓶熱的瓶裝水，太貼心了；又詳細介紹了優惠套餐，並且第二天就享受到了7折優惠，太給力了，早餐也不錯，特別是大堂的免費熱飲機，回來時接一杯熱飲，真的有回家的感覺，有機會一定向親朋好友推薦的。

我們是廬山下來臨時住一晚的，性價比超高，價格便宜房間還大，停車也方便，前台小哥哥看我們帶着孩子免費給升級了景觀房，非常感謝！下次來九江還住這裏

服務衞生方面都很好，周邊配套也很便利，總體滿意。就是客房隔音不行，又靠近電梯口，每天早上都會被門外的聲音吵醒。另外2019年四月出廠，使用了四年半以上的毛巾還是建議不要給客人用了，已經超出使用壽命了，都爛了，毛邊特別多，用起來也很不舒服。
