房間小的可憐，睡在房間還不如睡在馬路上，吵得要命，窗子也打不開床墊人一座跟着屁股就跑140多的房間住的真讓人憋屈，貝殼酒店全國連鎖，這是我出差這麼久以來住的最差的一次酒店上去的時候還有走樓梯才到電梯體驗很不好，反正你們要是想去就去吧

設施：很棒，有獨立書桌，還有一個可以移動的沙發🛋非常好！
衞生：空間挺大的，床很舒服，我很喜歡！
環境：看窗外就是可以俯瞰，下午晚點的時候還有夕陽，很漂亮！
服務：前台姐姐服務超級好，人長的也漂亮，我們想洗衣服，洗衣機也是洗加烘乾，我們是訂了兩天，我們説想要一個環境好一些的，她直接説給我們升級套餐，不需要加錢還叫我們玩的開心住的舒服，我們出去了，她會叫阿姨幫我們把房間東西補齊，垃圾帶走，非常貼心，而且客服是24小時服務的！！
整體體驗非常好，下次還定這家，還是大酒店有保障，出遊9天，訂了九天酒店，4個不同酒店，也有比這個貴的，但這個是讓人最舒服的，我實名極力推薦！！！！

對於連鎖酒店個人是比較信任的，哪怕價格比正常門市價高了，也能理解，但是無法理解設施不完善的問題。
1、窗户無法關緊，大馬路邊上噪音很大，早上 6 點有持續性的卡車鳴笛。
2、水管有外接管道，持續性滴水聲。
3、淋浴房的小淋蓬頭，無法架好且掉落。
4、床頭插座充電口無法正常插座使用，充電器插入插座直接掉落。
5、攜程提前定房如有問題，商家應及時和客户如實對接，客户要求，未明確對接，正面要求確敷衍了事，要求委屈入住！
