The room was great, and the hotel lobby's design was very well thought out. It's also super close to Jiuzhaigou, making the location really convenient. Overall, I had a good experience. I just hope the front desk could tell guests how to get to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area when they check in; that would be even more considerate.

Jiuzhaigou is truly beautiful! This hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, and within walking distance, there are many restaurants, fast food, and bubble tea shops, which is very convenient. The lady at the front desk was also incredibly warm and welcoming. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the room decor. I would definitely come back to stay here if I get the chance.

They upgraded me to a family room, which had a large bathtub and a hot spring. They changed the water every day during my stay, and the room was very clean. The hot spring is on the fourth floor, and the hotel will notify you via WeChat when it's ready.

The room had a strong smell of sewage and stale cigarette smoke, but thankfully the ventilation was quite good. Opening the window and door cleared it out quickly. They also actively helped us with our luggage and guided us during check-in – they definitely deserve a bonus! The sewage and smoke smell seem to be design flaws. I'd suggest the hotel owner install a fresh air system or improve ventilation, perhaps even providing dehumidifiers in the rooms. The thick carpet in the hotel corridors is also a design problem; it not only traps dirt but also easily absorbs smoke and drain odors. On the positive side, the hotel's location is very convenient. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and most food places offer group deals. The small restaurant downstairs is also quite good. It's only about a 15-minute walk straight to the Jiuzhaigou entrance.
