- Overall, it was very comfortable and I slept well. The common areas were tidy, clean, and well-maintained, and it's very close to the scenic area. - Front desk service: Patient, very efficient in arranging transportation to the scenic area, and very cooperative in providing requested room amenities. - Breakfast: Rich variety and good taste. - Guest room: The bedding and mattress were very comfortable. The bathwater in the tub wasn't hot enough, but it didn't affect the experience. The only thing that needs improvement, in my opinion, is the quality of the toothbrushes and toiletries provided.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the heart of the scenic area, and offers shuttle services. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's facilities and environment are great; it's quiet and perfect for resting. The staff are warm and welcoming. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Getting to Jiuzhaigou is very convenient. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the scenic area, but we missed out during the peak summer season because the park was too crowded. I'd recommend heading to Moon Bay to catch a public bus shuttle to the park entrance instead. The hotel breakfast was good, and the bedding was comfortable. I'm a bit of a clean freak and really value a hotel's cleanliness, and this hotel met my expectations. I highly recommend it for families who appreciate cleanliness and quality of life!

The room was quaint and elegant with a mountain view, and my daughter loved sitting on the balcony to draw. The bedding was comfortable, and the smart controls were very convenient; even the two kids ended up chatting with the smart speaker. There's a considerable walk from the hotel to the scenic area entrance. Due to traffic control, the hotel couldn't drop us off, and it took us half an hour to walk there. We also walked back, but luckily, we met the hotel car at the bottom of the hill and got a ride back, which we were very grateful for.

The hotel is new and very clean, and the rooms are spacious and well-designed. I really liked it. It's located on a slope near Tiantangkou (Paradise Entrance), and the hotel offers shuttle services, so it's a quiet retreat yet close to the action. The front desk staff, both young men and women, were very patient and attentive, with a strong service mindset. They even gave us a complimentary breakfast. The only downside was that there were fewer shuttle buses to the scenic area in the morning, and the roads were congested. This made the round-trip pick-up and drop-off times for guests a bit long. If you couldn't wait, you'd have to take a taxi or public bus. Taxis in the morning had a fixed price of 20 yuan, but at least they got you there. Walking from the hotel to the scenic area entrance is a bit far, and you'll be doing a lot of walking inside the scenic area, so it's best to save your energy for that! 😂

The staff are enthusiastic and always willing to help. The rooms are more spacious than typical hotels, and the large, bright French windows are fantastic. The bedding is very clean, and the hygiene is well-maintained. The breakfast is quite generous for Jiuzhaigou standards. This place is also very EV-friendly, with its own dual-port fast charging stations, so electric car owners can definitely consider it. EV charging spots in Jiuzhaigou are usually far from bustling areas like Tiankou and Jiuzhai Romance Park, so the hotel's own chargers are much more convenient. My friends who went to Jiuzhaigou with me stayed at a hotel where the charging stations didn't work, and some hotels only offer slow charging. This is based on our family of four's three-night stay, considering the price and service. I hope this helps anyone planning a trip to Jiuzhaigou.
