Location is great as accessible to various restaurants and souvenir shops. Next door has a bus operator that allow traveller to commute to Train station, but do take note different operator has different pick up point.
Not sure is due to high demand, we were unable to check in by 2pm as the room wasn't ready.

Service was extremely good - I was having bad food poisoning and they delivered porridge to the room for me to feel better! Prompt with responses on WeChat. overall, a good stay! Highly recommended for family

Pretty old hotel. Room was average, as we were given the old room. Quite clean though. I believed there are some newly renovated rooms. Can walk to Jiuzhaigou entrance along the stream behind the hotel. But about 20-30mins stroll. Quite an enjoyable walk though as you get the view of mountain and stream and row of shops along the walk. The yak meat hot pot restaurant is good. I believe this should be one of the better dining options if you are looking for quality food and service.

We stayed 2 nights in their newly renovated building and found the room spacious (豪华房 clean and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a lots of varieties. Location is about 15yuan away from Jiuzhaigou Park main gate, overall we would recommend it. Btw the girl at the reception was very nice, professional efficient and helpful. Thank you 小关!

Very near to jiuzhaigou national park, about 2 mins drive. And walkable to many restaurants beside it, thought i saw some halal restaurants nearby too.. breakfast have a lot of muslim friendly options like mushroom, corn, egg, eggplants, blackpepper udon.

We loved our stay here! Service was excellent. We were initially given a room which had some water damage on the ceiling of the toilet. The staff quickly rectified it and gave us a new room which met our standards. The stay here was great thanks to the staff and comfortable rooms.

Hotel excellent, Service Incredible, attention great, food delicious. Everything was ok. Nevertheless Trip offered us a Theater Tickets and the staff said, this is not a reservation from Hotel, they don’t have tickets, this issue need to clarify directly with Trip. Until now nothing clarified with trip. Offering extra events without respect about that is not a good service. Sorry. We took a foot bath Massage sesión, they had a extra charge for the oil they used. That was not fair. Nevertheless I will use again this hotel, reservation directly with hotel and no massage. As I commented, the best hotel in Jiuzhaigo.😌
