Insufficient: something unpleasant happened. The boutique bed room is seriously inconsistent with the picture. Figure 1 is the picture on the platform, and Figure 2 is the actual room given. The last changed Figure 3, is different from the picture standard 20 flat, the actual 10 flat is not. The note said that the room to be independent, not the corner room, the two corner rooms actually given, the glass was installed at the beginning. The toilet door is squeaking. The standard opened in 2024, under the banner of Home Inn, it is actually an e-sports hotel and an old hotel that has changed the brand. The bedding does not meet the standard of Home Inn. It is very hard and the room is very small! The backstage and the front desk experienced the negotiation manager before changing the room, which was at least a private bathroom. There was no standard LCD TV, and there was a suspicion of ”selling dog meat with sheep's head”.

At first, I booked a business big bed room online, and I was looking forward to having a comfortable resting place after a busy day. However, when I checked in, I was told that the business bed room type was full. At that time, I was ”squeaking”. The fatigue of the journey and this small twists and turns, the mood was a bit low.
But I didn't expect that the follow-up operation of the hotel staff was called a ”textbook” level. They immediately explained the situation to me with apologies and quickly offered to help me upgrade to a family room. At first I was a little hesitant, worried that the family room would not meet my needs, but after entering the room, I found that this ”surprising joy” far exceeded imagination. The rooms are spacious and bright, warm and elegantly furnished, and all kinds of facilities are available. Not only have comfortable big beds, but also sofa areas for relaxation. The details are full of care.
I thought this was enough to warm my heart. Who knew that the temperature dropped sharply at night, and the room was a little cool for some reason. Even if the air conditioner was turned on, the warmth was not enough. I tried to contact the front desk and explained the situation. The response speed of the staff was simply amazing. In just a few minutes, someone came to check, and then helped me coordinate the change. The temperature of the newly changed room was suitable, the bed was soft, and at that moment, my heart was really touched.
This night at home, not only a stay, but also feel the care and warmth of home. From properly handling the room type problem to quickly solving the room temperature problem, every link shows the hotel's importance to the guests. Come to Jixi in the future, this Home Inn is definitely my best choice, and I highly recommend it to every past traveler!
