But the win is good service. The standard room booked a double bed waiter arranged a twin bed, and the back was changed to a big bed. 這次在雞西的出行，入住如家酒店的體驗真的太棒了，必須要來誇一誇！起初，我在網上預訂了一間商務大床房，滿心期待着能在忙碌一天後有個舒適愜意的休憩之所。然而，辦理入住時卻被告知商務大床房型已滿，當時心裏“咯噔”一下，旅途的疲憊加上這點小波折，心情瞬間有點低落。 但沒想到，酒店工作人員的後續操作堪稱“教科書”級別。他們立刻滿臉歉意地向我解釋情況，並且迅速提出可以幫我升級為家庭房。一開始我還有些猶豫，擔心家庭房會不會不太符合我的需求，可進入房間後，我發現這份“意外之喜”遠超想象。房間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨又雅緻，各類設施一應俱全，不僅有舒適的大床，還有供休閑放鬆的沙發區域，細節之處盡顯用心。 本以為這就已經足夠暖心了，誰知道晚上氣温驟降，房間裏不知為何有些涼意，即便開了空調，暖意也不太夠。我試着聯繫了前台，説明瞭情況，工作人員的響應速度簡直驚人。短短几分鐘內，就有專人過來查看，隨後便貼心地幫我協調換**宜。新換的房間温度適宜，床鋪柔軟，那一刻，心裏真的滿是感動。 在如家的這一晚，不僅僅是一次住宿，更是感受到了家一般的關懷與温暖。從妥善處理房型問題，到迅速解決室温困擾，每一個環節都彰顯出酒店對客人的重視。以後再來雞西，這家如家酒店肯定是我的不二之選，也強烈推薦給每一位過往旅人！
