I went yesterday 09/02 to check in at the hotel and when we went to the room, there was a very strong musty smell and my wife has allergic rhinitis, making it impossible for us to stay there.
So we gave up on staying at the hotel and had to stay at another hotel.
I sincerely ask that the amount for the accommodation be refunded, as we did not stay due to mold problems in the room.

The superior deluxe rooms only have a balcony that overlooks the back roof of a house and the conservation of the deluxe apartments is terrible. Furthermore, there is a construction site next door that is very noisy and I couldn't even rest after a long night of traveling. . I had to move to another accommodation category and asked for a refund without success. It has nothing to do with the BOOKING photos. In fact, I complained to BOOKING and the refund request was not answered.

The structure of the hotel itself is good, but the services are bad. Very poor breakfast and few staff to serve. There was no adequate room service. The outdoor area of the pool did not have an umbrella. The only thing I was satisfied with was the size of the room.

The hotel offers good infrastructure. It is well located, facing the sea, and guarantees good comfort for guests. Breakfast is very simple, but complete. The garage is a little tight, anyone traveling with a large car may have a problem.
