We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was very good, and although the shower pressure was weak, it wasn’t a major issue. However, we were very disappointed with the driver arrangement. We had specifically requested a driver to Udaipur who prioritized safe driving and a car with seat belts. Despite this, the hotel provided a driver who was texting while driving and a car without seat belts. The driving felt inattentive and unsafe. Since we made it clear that safety was our top priority, this felt like a serious breach of trust. We left feeling deceived, which unfortunately affected our overall impression of the hotel

Jodhpur is one town full of culture and traditions. We can call it Maharaja city of Rajasthan. We had planned a short visit to Jodhpur and wanted to stay right in the heart. Finally we zeroed down to Jhankar Haveli. The moment we entered, we were greeted by Mr. Vikram who was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. This is one of the best addresses to stay in the city. All good reviews hold true to them. The rooms were absolutely rustic with all modern facilities. The reception and restaurant are quite nice. Few minor cons, the board put outside is pathetic. Charging for just 1 water bottle was unexpected. They need to offer package with breakfast as ordering works out expensive. But one thing for sure would definitely like to repeat and stay here only. Personal touch is remarkable. One more thing, Vikram was great in suggesting good place to have non-veg dinner as this hotel is veg.

Property location is premium and very stunning however all the facilities are available not a problem the only problem is the rudeness of the staff they are very impolite and they insult the guests

We went here just for brunch (did not stay in hotel). Food was good and coffee decent. Nice and relaxing place. Note they don’t take card for food, cash only. Staff here are also friendly and they have a wide menu, would have come for dinner also if we had more time in Jodhpur.

Beautiful place. Courteous staff. Spacious rooms. 100% vegetarian cafe with live music. Heritage property so no lift and steep stairs. No intercom facility as well. No suitable for elderly. Situated in old city close to lot of beautiful cafes as well as places of interest.

Very pricey for what we had, in comparison to other hotels in the area, try other options before coming here. We had used a booking website to book hotel in advance and was sent a pic of the room. When we arrived they put us in a different room purporting to be an 'upgrade', which it wasn't! My son was provided with a cushion on the floor to sleep (instead of a bed), this room cost in excess of £160 for one night and they couldn't provide a decent bed until we complained. This price didn't even include breakfast! We moved to the room we had bought, which included a terrace (more than our 'upgrade') and we did get our breakfast included in the end. There's no pool here, there was loud music being played into the evening and some of the staff were rude and noisy in the early morning - avoid if you can.
