Patheitc, pathetic, rooms are ordinary. No network coverage. You cant use the property when there is private function. You just need to seat in rooms. Staff is very arrogant and dont listen to customers. Please stay away from this property, totally useless service

The property is located on the outskirts of Jodhpur. This is a big property with spacious rooms but with zero amenities. The pool looked dirty. The wifi is not working. Cellular signal is very weak. so in short you have nothing to do. The property has a garden and a lake at the backside. You'll be done with property roaming withing 40mins. We were told that the TV was not working because monkeys broke the cable. The food is also average. people were ordering through delivery apps and so did we. The breakfast was not bad. pros - Cleanliness spacious rooms staff behaviour cons - No signal weak wifi No TV Nothing much to do on property.

We had booked the entire Bijolai Palace for two nights for the wedding reception.All our guests were very appreciative and happy about this hotel.All our guests were praising the cleanliness and hygiene of the roomThe housekeeping team took care of our gusts well. Good cleaning was provided in his room.I want to tell all the people through feedback. If anyone wants to book a hotel in Jodhpur for a wedding or reception, then they should choose Bijolai Palace first.Because this palace has a lot of venue options. They have two gardens. There is a restaurant. There is a big rooftop.And the best staff here who corporates every guest, thank you so much Mr. Mahipat Singh and Kuldeep Shekhawat

We stayed with the whole group at Bijolai palace for 2 nights.We all enjoyed a lot here and visited the whole of Jodhpur.The hotel has very good ***agementI have been staying in ***y hotels with groups. But the comfort I got in this hotel, my guests were satisfied. This did not happen in any other hotel.All our guests were praising the hotel.The hotel area is very clean. The setup of the room is very good, the room is neat and clean Thank you so much housekeeping team kept our room neat and clean for 2 days.Special thank you Kuldeep Shekhawat and his team....shethan and a*** and karan

I stayed two days ago at Bijolai Place It is a very beautiful property. The views there are even more beautiful.The setup of the rooms here is so good and the cleaning and hygiene is very good. I and my family were together. There were children also with us. Our room used to get dirty. We got the room cleaned once or twice a day by housekeeping and provided cleaning to us.Special thanks for Kuldeep Singh and housekeeping team.

A great place to spent a quality time. Lovely place, ambience and good staff. Specially paramveer singh and A. Singh both staff are very gentle and seve you with simle. I can visit this place as ***y time due to delicious food, warm welcome, clean stay and specially abience.

The most beautiful and peaceful experience I must say.. rooms were spacious and we'll maintained. Their hospitality was heart touching.. also i must mention this that the staff provided us breakfast even after time limit and their head person Paramveer made sure all our requirements were fulfilled.. i wish the team the very best and recommend any tourist who would like to come stay in jodhpur in a heritage property this place..
