It is 5 miles to Downtown Fayetteville and legendary Dixon St, and the many wonderful breweries, dining, and shopping amenities. We are next door to barbecue that was voted best in America - Wrights Barbecue!

Great place to stay for Razorback sporting event!
We were very pleased with your property. Everything was clean and as described. A couple of mentions for future renters, there is a staircase to the bedrooms are on the second level and coffee & filters are provided, which was nice. We did have to reach out to the owner about how to engage the shower but he responded quickly and also emailed directions. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'll book again in the future!

Great Location
Very nice townhouse in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. All the amenities with a full bath for each bedroom plus a convenient half bath downstairs. Would highly recommend this property.

Hog game
Stayed with another couple for big game. Fantastic place, location was easy as well to get around Fayetteville. We will certainly be staying here again.
