The room is very new and big. It is very comfortable for three adults and one child to live in. It feels like there is a new business district nearby. It is quite convenient for travel. There are many places to eat and shop nearby. It is within a 10-minute drive. It is very new overall and the hygiene is also good.

An outstanding visit, combination of a new hotel loaded with positive amenities, great customer service, efficient, and location that could not be improved. Located in the middle of Ankeny's District area, this hotel was sensational, and its staff has all-star level customer service members in Kurt and Amani. They're also pet-friendly. Good breakfast. Plenty of free parking. I loved the spacious suite with a separate kitchen and dining area and a great workspace that allowed us to get some things done. The bathroom is efficient and roomy.

This is the second year in a row that I have stayed here for work. The room was in good condition and the bed was comfortable. The gym has free weights and some treadmills. The breakfast is the standard. The best part is the location. There are so many different restaurants, a library, and a theater all within walking distance. I do recommend this location.

Staff was awesome rooms were great all around great place to stay. It was convenient to all of the eating places, gas stations, and wedding venues. There are so many other fun things to do right around the Hotel.

Love the location, whilst not in central Des Moines it is in a lovely area that’s new and modern. A lovely lake a few minutes walk away with wild rabbits around. Hotel looks over a lovely safe and clean town square. Quiet hotel and neighbourhood. Plenty of free parking. Lovely indoor pool which we used on site. Rooms are modern though 4 year old hotel and some things showing wear eg silicon in showers stained (see photo) and vents in bathroom really dirty and dusty (see photo) . Dead plant at reception entrance not a great look either. Reason I did not give 5 stars is we arrived late and were given a room with zero crockery or cutlery and a broken dishwasher. Had to get a few glasses from breakfast area downstairs. Were moved next day but initial room should be taken out of service until dishwasher fixed. Housekeeping advised this was why there was no crockery or cutlery but somehow we’d been allocated that room and hotel was definitely not full. Ramona at front desk deserves recognition for her friendliness and can do attitude. Very helpful and welcoming. We liked it here so much we added an extra night.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel in a great area. There’s a lot of different shops within walking distance along with restaurants. The hotel itself is brand new and very well-maintained. The rooms are in excellent condition and the beds are even better. I would highly recommend this hotel, if you were in the area.

We recently stayed in this hotel for one night while we attended a concert in Des Moines. The hotels looks new and everything was nice and clean. The room set-up was great for our family of 3. I loved the fact there was a mirror and place to get ready outside of the bathroom as it allowed two of us to do hair and make-up at the same time. The room had a great kitchen area which would have come in handy if we were staying for a longer period of time. The only thing I would say we were all disappointed in was the breakfast. My husband and daughter were disappointed there was no pancake or waffle option. I had a bagel, which was SO dry and also a prepackaged breakfast sandwich. After the sandwich, I was not feeling well all day. This is one area the hotel could do so much better, but it would not cause me to not choose this hotel. The hotel is situated in a little "downtown" area that has several boutique stores and restaurants, it is really cute and a great area.
