Very new apartment! The lady at the front desk upgraded our room for free, which we really appreciated 🥹. We had a very comfortable stay. It's easy to find, and having a 24-hour front desk is super convenient for guests to check in and out. It's also very close to KSL and easy to find food nearby. We'll definitely stay here again next time. Suggestion: It would be great to have more charging outlets in the room. Everything else was perfect!

Check-in was smooth, and the Chinese service was fluent, patient, and professional, making my international trip completely hassle-free! 👍 There's a free shuttle bus to JB Sentral right by the residency lobby, just about a minute's walk away. The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was also clean with easy hot water access, and laundry was convenient. It was quiet at night, so I rested very well. booked this hotel cuz of the conveniency to the night market on monday 😝 hotel was located right behind novotel and it was a less than 5mins walk to ksl, some flies can be spotted at the drainage area in the toilet but nonetheless everything was great! looking forward to my next stay!

Great stay! Walking distance to ksl. The room is pretty clean, with washing machine, water kettles available. The staff Lemon were friendly and helpful. They have also arrange late check out for us at no cost.
