Room was clean but bed was kinda soft. Breakfast was good and facilities are fine. Location is not very ideal.

We book the room to watch World Cup . The microwave made it easy to have our supper serve hot . The only thing we wish was the aircon can be colder hahaha .

Came here for a night with my kid.Hotel is very near to the checkpoint.I got here around 4pm so it wasn’t crowded.Super smooth check in.I did request on the spot for a complimentary upgrade but was told they’re unable to do that.Maybe that’s something they can work on.I was given a later check out at 12.30pm so it’s not too bad.Room was amazing and clean.The toilet has a bidet so it’s a plus point!We were on the 29th floor.Staff were friendly.The breakfast buffet spread was good too.I loved the pastries.Swimming pool was empty when I brought my son so it was really good and I feel the size of the pool is perfect.It isn’t small.Overall it’s a pleasant stay and I’ll come back again!

The RTS is under construction and it was quite noisy even at night they were still working. Didn’t have a good sleep.

Came again after many years. I was surprised Capri is maintaining so well. Clean, cozy, and staffs are friendly. In fact it is a short walking distance to CIQ and JB Sentral, around 10 minutes only. Breakfast is good too. I will come back again

I did not receive a seaview room, instead got the view of the one with RTS depot. Toilet ventilation is bad and the toilet door closed properly as the frame is smaller then the door which is very strange.
