Hotel located right next to CIQ and room was very spacious. They provided 2 types of pillow (firm & soft) which is a good touch, however mattress is on the firmer side so something to take note esp for those who prefer softer mattresses. Breakfast selection was decent too, overall would recommend 👍🏻

1) beds were too hard for our liking
2) room assigned can hear the lift motor, it was loud and we were unable to sleep well
3) corridor noise was loud

Here on a business trip. The service was very good. I needed to take a cab to my destination early in the morning for work. I asked the front desk how to go about doing it. They told me to download Grab app but I had some difficulties doing so. They offered to call the Grab for me and I paid the driver cash. They even brought me down to find the Grab car for me because I'm a foreigner and they were worried that I might get lost or could not find the car. Very nice and thoughtful of them!
The 1st night I could easily connect to their WiFi. But on 2nd night there were some issues I could not resolve so I called the front desk quite late at night. They sent someone up immediately but he too could not solve the problem. They told us the tech people had already left work so they also don't know how else they could help. They were very apologetic and kept apologising to us for the inconvenience caused.
Overall it was a very good stay with good and friendly service. Would go back to stay if I have another work trip.

Easy check in process ~ nice & clean hotel… too tired to go out at night so we ordered room service … the food was unexpectedly good. Nice hotel & nice location! Will definitely come back again

Return stay as location is very convenient. However lift from the mall to the hotel was not working properly and we could not head to the hotel via the mall.

This wasn't my first stay in this hotel. Repeated stay with my husband, the first was with my daughter.
Staff at the Check-in Counter, Mr Syamsul (I hope I get his name right) was friendly. The female Manager (I can't remember her name), approached us on our 2nd day of breakfast and asked if we were satisfied with the food & if our room was clean.
One of the housekeeping staff (sorry I didn't get his name), even wrote us a note wishing us a good stay in the hotel (my hubby tipped him because I requested for an extra box of tissue ) . That note itself made me happy. I will definitely stay here for my future trip.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good facilities like a gym and swimming pool. Location is superb and the front desk staff are helpful.
However, the service standard is really let down by the lack of promptness. Calls to reception often don’t get through, and room service requests can take 45 minutes or may not even be fulfilled. Such delays make the overall stay feel less enjoyable, which is a pity given how good the rest of the hotel is.
