KSL Hotel & Resort

Hotel was OK the window still so dirty same as last month so blur cannot see outside This time I stay in tower 2 the toilet bowl water keep.comin out they cne repair ok already thdn bk again I would request no tower 2 next time

A bit far from hotel, we stay apartment, not same building with hotel, need via ksl mall to apartment, then when breakfast need walk from outside to hotel eat breakfast, bit troublesome, beside this no others. And confused for parking, worry we wrong park residents car park, we simply park at level 4, not sure is correct or not

Slight feedback for improvement. I always booked triple room for trip with family but the room always give 2 set of toiletries and water. I always have to find room service to receive 3rd set.

Toilet light was faulty so requested the reception to send service man to fix it. But somehow they couldn't fix it after our 2nd complaint, they changed us to another room. We had our buffet dinner, the staff were friendly and service was good.

Extremely convenient location, with a mall just right beside and eateries nearby. Would recommend to others

I requested non-connecting room but unfortunately I booked wrong room type. KSL counter service person Mr Danial has upgraded our room. We thanked KSL especially Mr Danial for his kind gesture. We will definitely come again 👍🏼Nice room 🌹 Much appreciated if you can provide sofas at the lobby. Kinda tiring waiting for check-in process. Thanks 🙏

usually our stay at ksl is always fine. This time, hairdryer wasn't working so we had to call for a portable one. Took a long time to get in touch with reception. Shampoo and body wash provided seem to be filled with the same thing. Suggest to bring your own toiletries.

Booked 3 rooms, came with family members. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy accessible to different malls/cafes/restaurants.
