This is my third stay at the Citrus Hotel. My last stay was in January 2026, when I stayed in a Club Double Room. This time, the Club Twin Room felt very different, especially the view. Other than that, everything was fine.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, everything was better than we expected and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again! ❤️

The service by the receptionists is excellent. I was asking them about the satay that was previously sold behind the hotel and they actually guided me to the new location! Thank you! Will come back again cos it's very near CIQ.

Location is good. Check out and in are efficient. However pillows and quilt have sweat smell.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely come back again!
