Just to highlight two things that i liked and i don’t liked !
First, i liked was the spacious bathroom 👍
Second, i don’t liked was the bath towel terrible stained and torn 🤨

An outdated hotel with wear and tear here and there. Room s were not sound proofed, can hear people frok next room conversation clearly.
Staffs area helpful and simple brealfast. Wonder how they managed to obtain the 4 star status, should only awarded 2 star.
No parking available, have to park at next buildings.
Not recommended if you were expecting a 4 star rating hotel services.

Its near to city square. Second time staying here. Smaller room this time. But enough space for just a simple night’s stay. Had a small hiccup on the phone modifying the name of the guests booking in but in the end the lady at the front desk said it was not a problem after all. I think it has to do with the trip app and hotel communication rather than the hotel itself. I also need to remember to get extra pillow. One pillow is too flat - woke up with a backache :( through no fault of theirs. The bed was firm and comfy tho.

It was a last minute trip into JB. Hence, I am not able to book my usual IHG hotel, as they are all fully booked. As this hotel is so near to the JB Sentral. I decided to give it a try. If you only plan to book the room for sleeping, everything was alright. You can request for complimentary toothbrush from reception, as it is not automatically available in room. But, if you plan to stay in the room for relaxation ＞＞ for me, I find it not suitable and disappointing, as compared to IHG express hotel. Hotel room is NOT suitable for fussy hotel stayer. The pro of staying at this hotel is ＞＞ those who want convenience of location. As you can walk from JB Sentral train station to the hotel. If you expect a little more, I will suggest, book a 5 star hotel. Hope my review helps.

Given us a room facing the maybank.that night got loud music n cldnt sleep. Bird chirping in the morning n car honking. We instructed to give us a quiet room not near lift or staircase but we ouverlook about the noise outside.the breakfast is not bad but lack of varieties.

Service was still great , staff very friendly. However disappointed that the room has no fridge this time and the electric kettle was leaking. Shower water was not hot but the basin water was hot. opt for room away from life but no difference cos downstairs noisy on weekends. i will still book despite a bit drop in quality this time

Great location and great service.
I stayed in a two single-bed room for two nights. It is clean and spacious and has a sofa. The toilet is spacious too. Overall very satisfied
