For a 3-star hotel, it exceeds my expectations in various aspects. The room and toilet are spotlessly clean. Eventhough the buffet does not offer much options, but it is good enough for the price. It will be better if there are 1-2 more protein options. I like how they pay attention to the little details in terms of the room modern and colorful design, the dining area ambience which is comfortable to chill with a cup of coffee or tea. The convenience stall downstairs is also a plus point. I will come back again. Thanks.

Hotels are near to custom, although traffic are congested at times. For a night stay, it’s still can get by, but not for longer stay. Rooms are not really clean up, aircon filters are very dusty, not clean for long time. Breakfast are limited. Toilet floor will be very wet after shower, must be careful not to wear slipper into toilet. Very slippery.

The room is clean and cozy, the toilet is very clean also! I really love that it is just beside the mall i really like the location also the smell of the lobby is very nice. All the staff are very friendly, but I hope there are more selection food at buffet breakfast.But everything is okay we will come back again

The bathroom floor is slippery when wet and you walk in with the hotel slippers. The floor has no anti- slip coating and the slippers are poor quality. I slip and fell in the bathroom wearing the slippers on the wet floor. Staying in this hotel is dangerous especially for old people.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated conveniently near the Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine (CIQ) checkpoint and several malls, offering easy access to a variety of dining options. However, the rooms are somewhat compact, and the breakfast buffet is fairly standard, lacking an eggs station. On a positive note, there's a lively pub adjacent to the hotel featuring good music, and Grab transportation is readily accessible."
