The check-in was smooth and the room was decorate with swan towel and the balloon and slice cake for wedding anniversary. The breakfast was awesome.

Informed the hotel via trip app that my partner is celebrating his birthday. Was pleasantly surprised when we got a lovely birthday backdrop and a slice of cake. There is also a refreshing welcome drink to be redeemed at the top floor, where the pool is also located. Overall a lovey stay, except that be prepared that Sat-Sun weekends are packed.

The hotel location and staff were nice, but there are a few things that could be improved. The bed was a bit small, and the bathroom floor in the shower area was quite slippery — my child almost slipped a few times. Also, the room’s soundproofing wasn’t very good, and we could often hear noises from outside and from upstairs. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

Awesome location, overall clean rooms and decent service. But aircon is sometimes bit wonky and the bath towels can do with a refresh, they are very very worn and thin.

Thank you St Giles for a wonderful stay! It was our anniversary week and everything was perfect from efficient check in to the hospitality of the staff and amazing facilities Really loved the ambience of the Executive Lounge, it was so peaceful and ideal.We were pleasantly surprise when we came back to our room with a delicious cake waiting. Special mention to the security guards thats always opening doors for us. They are always smiling and greeting us!

This is my favourite hotel in JB. The staff are friendly and attentive. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was good and alot of varieties to choose. The location is great, Mid Valley Southkey Mall is just next-door. Will be back soon.

Our second stay in this hotel. The location is excellent, directly connected to the southkey mall. Checking in and out was smooth. The breakfast was nice, with a good selection of local food. The nasi lemak taste good. The maintenance of the room could be better though as we noticed some wear and tear on the walls, toilet and door.
