The hotel is quite nice with a reasonable price. The environment is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean and new. The only small downside is that the room is a bit small, but everything else is great. The lobby is also very comfortable, and the location is very convenient.
Room and toilet were much bigger than expected. Quite clean aside from very small stains on the pillow case. Location wise, we found ourselves needing to grab to the bigger malls since we wanted to mainly shop around. About a 15min ride away from Aeon Tebrau mall so overall still pretty convenient. Very worth for the price and the shower had very hot water which was a plus!
Surround a lot of foods to eat. This hotel is away from the city which is very peaceful. These 2 days I can hear renovations work going on, yesterday night around 8pm plus we can hear drilling sound not sure if it is from the hotel or beside it. We will be back again to try more foods surrounding the hotel.

Waldrop too small. Have a hidden column but don’t know what to do with that column.
Parking for customer, but night security part bike. Have to parked in front of Physio Clinic.
Towel already old. Is high time to change it.
Good location! Downstairs have all the massage, chagee shops. There was some fireworks going on that night I stayed too. I don’t know what’s the celebration for but pretty glad to see it. King bed for 3 pax is ok. Went to the executive lounge for breakfast, the curry puff is good, but there was a cockroach spotted, which the staff promptly got rid of. Overall a good stay, fluffy towels, and an array of pillows to choose from.
Clean hotel with clean room. Good hairdryer, dries hair quickly. Good tv and comfortable bed. Many eateries all around the hotel vicinity, there’s also a laundry shop near the hotel. Massage shops also just next door. Easy check in and check out. Eco hotel because the toiletries are in permanent bottles so zero waste on toiletries that way. Toothbrush and coffee available at the reception to take if needed. There’s lift at hotel for easy floors access. However the toilet is really very small and the arrangement of toilet bowl and sink is quite uncomfortable, too tight a space. Also the shower head angle is very bad and difficult to adjust. Bad toilet experience due to the layout of toilet and facilities. Other than that, it’s quite a nice stay
Book very last minute and found this hotel. It’s was cheap, room was so big and very clean to my surprise. Furnishing might be abit old but still well maintained. Does not have hair dryer but all other toiletries available. Water dispenser which is what I need as mineral water in the room always not sufficient for me. Will come back to the hotel again as the staff was really helpful and friendly!
There are 2 of them quite next to each other. We tried one but reception couldn't find our booking and was told to go to the other one.
The so called executive room is quite basic but has instant coffee, kettle and fridge.
Next door is the popular Sushi Mentai outlet. Many other food choices available around the area. We went to the famous seafood restaurant at Senibong Bay restaurant by the sea.
The neighborhood around the hotel is really good especially if you're looking for a quiet yet convenient one because there are a lot of food/drink stores including MacDonald right in front of the hotel, convenience stores like 7/11, Family Mart and even a gym in front of the hotel as well.
Both the room and bathroom are quite spacious and clean also. Another good thing is that the hotel not only give new water bottles on every housekeeping but also has a water dispenser at the lobby for everyone to refill water anytime.
The only bad thing I experienced was that the rooms are not that sound-proof at all since I can hear the guests speaking from the room beside us at night and early in the morning as well.
Overall, the hotel seems reasonable for the price with its location and cleanliness for me.
Booked two different rooms. Mine was a single queen room on the lower floor (there are only two levels of rooms). Could hear plumbing noises from
above the room intermittently way after midnight. I suppose people were showering. Could hear noises made by inconsiderate guests past midnight from outside the room. Complimentary breakfast spread was good.
Would book the hotel again but would pay more for a room on the higher floor.

CCasmine MaOverall was satisfied, nice environment around the building, there was 3 bedroom attached with own bathroom, and also another 2 toilets at the entrance foyer and wet kitchen. Large dining room & living room, washing machine & iron with ironing board are provided.
AAnonymous UserAlthough the room was small but everything we need is there, i.e. shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, towel & etc. Water dispenser also provided at the lobby for water refill. Aeon mall just next to the shoplot and convenient for buying some consumables.
LLeow cheah weicompare to other sun inns and other nearby budget hotel, the room is a dismay. it is small, and not cupboard or hanger to hang cloth. there is tea making facility without the tea or coffee. we paid extra for a window room but there is no scenery and the curtain is very run down. the towel is having hole. tv reception is clear though. if the hotel upkeep the facility a bit, for the price it is still good.
GGuest UserGood hotel. Location way out of Johor Bahru.. peak period call taxis can get high!
Room was alright. Was informed at reception that WiFi wasn't working. Not sure for how long.
TV also didn't work, not channels detected.
Had basic tooth brush n coffee/ tea with mineral water in room. So that was good.
Anyway, it was a one night stay. Not much stay in the room.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, there are a lot restaurant and coffee shop around , one thing about this hotel they didn't have one time disposal toothbrush.
GGuest UserIf just want to sleep,it’s fine. Near to many eating places(cafes and restaurants) which is 1-2min walking distance. Have to bring own toiletries. Hand soap and towels provided though. Toilet door faulty, needs to exert force to open and close and loud noise when doing. No lift, have to climb up 3 floors but treat it as exercise. Overall, good if u want everybody to be in the same zone.

Since staying fit is important to a lot of guests, it's no surprise that gyms can be found in many hotels.
