When choosing a venue for an elderly person’s anniversary for 12 guests, I was guided by 3 important components. delicious and beautifully served food, polite and attentive service and the presence of a modern TV connected to a laptop to show presentations and video greetings on the big screen, listen to music and sing karaoke. All video and audio materials were prepared in advance on my laptop. During the celebration, it turned out that the TV on the wall was an LG outdated model, the connecting cable from the TV to the laptop kept coming loose, and as a result, the guests did not see any videos on the big screen. The provided sound speaker hummed and crackled louder than the music, so much so that the music had to be turned off. All my two-week preparatory work was reduced to 0. The mood was ruined, because instead of enjoying the holiday it was a complete hassle. Despite the fact that a lot of money was paid for the event, including for renting the premises. Final review: food quality - 5 points, service - 4 points, technical equipment - terrible. My recommendations to future clients - if during an event, in addition to food, you plan to entertain guests with music, karaoke, video, choose another establishment for this, because I have not seen more lame and outdated equipment. My advice to the owners of Vironia hotell: if you are interested in the positive image of your establishment, which is not spoiled by negative reviews, you need to invest in development, and not just in your own pocket. and acquire modern technical means.
