Attempts to spruce up this old property largely failed. Lobby and breakfast area are nice, hallways and elevator yucky, our room was half & half. Beds were comfy, good pillows & new towels but walls needed paint and corners hadn't seen a vacuum or mop for a LONG time. Staff was helpful but overworked...the desk attendant was next door with a plunger.
Maid staff was very friendly and everyone wished us "safe travels". Breakfast ok.

We showed up with our payment receipt and was notified by the desk clerk that our reservation had been cancelled. He said ******* had confirmed our reservation with someone named “Austin “ and Austin had called them and canceled the reservation. So we didn’t get a room and hope we will be able to get our payment refunded.

Older hotel. Common areas were pretty worn & dirty, but room was more updated & very clean. Very quiet stay. Staff were super friendly & helpful. 24/7 coffee & coffee makers in room. Free breakfast was added bonus.

Checked my father inlaw in his room and need a second room. Guy behind the desk didn't even look just said he was sold out. Got on this website and booked another room within 10 mins of getting my father inlaw settled into his room. Morning staff very cordial and friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Very disappointing because I use the ******* website and I had to pay over $40 more than I would have if I would have just called the hotel directly. My brother who stayed the same night that I did paid $43 less because he book directly through the hotel. I used a third-party… ******* and I was charged a whole lot more. The hotel cannot make adjus**ents and give me the same price because I booked through a third-party. Very disappointing especially when you’re sold the idea of using ******* will get you the best price
