Negative experience in almost everything, except the cleaning staff and the good and courteous waiters. Apart from a good sea view from the restaurant and decent rooms, the rest is all to be thrown away. Let's go in order: descent to the sea, also very steep, dotted with garbage bags abandoned on the roadside for who knows how many months. Non-existent beach, access to the water through pebbles or granite boulders; alternatively using a boat access dating back to the 50s/60s in concrete with the presence of dangerous rusty irons. The water is beautiful but certainly not due to the structure.

We stayed as a group in three simple but clean and welcoming rooms with a beautiful sea view. The hotel is located in a quiet position, close to the most beautiful beaches in Calabria, surrounded by greenery with a wonderful view of the sea. The welcoming, smiling and friendly staff make you feel at home. The food is almost always excellent and plentiful, they try to satisfy all requests... we felt pampered. Excellent value for money. For those who love simplicity, a nice and relaxing environment without pretences of luxury, good typical food, it is definitely a hotel to recommend!

Arrivati in aeroporto e già ci sono stati i primi problemi (prenotato transfer tramite hotel) risolto con arrivo del transfer in ritardo di 2 ore. Hotel camera vista mare: pulita e ordinata ogni giorno. Cibo: colazione mediocre con mosche che giravano sulle torte. Cena: mediocre. Piatti preparati in modo approssimativi con una chiara sperequazione rispetto al menù servito nel ristorante per clienti esterni. Personale: i nomi non me li ricordo ma l'unico commis de rang che si dava da fare e gentile era un ragazzo arrivato da poco nello staff. Consiglio quando ci sono i clienti in sala non è consigliabile che un dipendente alzi la voce per parlare con il collega e mette la musica dal cellulare. Reception: ok Personale camere: ok C'è da migliorare e ripassare l'etica professionale ristorativa.

Non so da dove vengano le recensioni a cinque stelle, posso solo dire che la stanza con vista muro di confine, era malmessa, bagno, con scarico rumoroso, acqua calda inesistente, segnalata alla receptionista e al proprietario che con fare arrogante e menefreghista ha commentato " Straaano non si e' lamentatoooo mai nessuuuuno", struttura anni 80, prese elettriche non bivalenti, fuori norma da decine di anni,foto dei luoghi Artefatte,la piscina una vasca da bagno, la spiaggia (scogli) trasformata in un solarium, poi la ciliegina sulla torta una cerimonia alle 22.00 di sera con musica e schiamazzi dei bimbi che entravano urlando anche nel corpo hotel, e dulcis in fundo nel cuore della notte, sparo di fuochi pirotecnici a qualche metro di distanza. Unica nota Posistiva, si mangia bene, caro, ma si sa' la materia prima costa, e la simpatia dei camerieri. per il resto mi avevano scritto nella mail di conferma, sara' una vacanza indimenticabile. Avevano proprio ragione.
