The hotel location is very close to the Huawei Panama office, 200 meters walk, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the catering is good, the service staff is very professional, but also help me a little while walking, the trip is very pleasant. Excellent hotel, modern room, spacious and very clean. The bed is fantastic huge and super comfortable, a dream. The swimming pool is very large and super pleasant. The buffet breakfast is very very good. The bar is very pleasant but the big plus is the professional, friendly, super efficient, attentive staff, a real five-star service. Well done. 🤩

The hotel is not very large in size, but offers a good price-quality ratio, especially if you take advantage of the promotions this platform. Excellent location, you have the Metromall a few meters away, you can reach/go to/from the airport using the train , and crossing the street is Los Pueblos, where you will find other shops, possibly with lower prices. It has a swimming pool and restaurant, both open until 11:00 and a small gym to which you can access 24/7. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. If you like early breakfast or have a flight at 9am, it is an excellent option, it can be difficult to find where early breakfast on those sides and at the airport will be more expensive. It started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card. We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service. We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe. I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable.

The convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the airport is always the highlight for this hotel. The breakfast was perfect too with a wide range of options and the most polite and accommodating staff at the restaurant area! The room wasn’t very clean but it is spacious.

Excellent location at 15 minutes from the airport was for me when I arrived and the next day they took me back to the airport without any contrary Many dinner options around And the very clean and comfortable place!

Die Lage am Airport ist perfekt. Der Nachteil, im Dunkelns zu Fuss dahin zu gelangen, ist echt tricky. Man muss erst rechts raus zum Bushäuschen an der sehr viel befahrenen Art Autobahn. Rechts über Schotter, dann beginnt nach 50 m ein Gehweg, um die Kurve herum, Leitplanke überqueren und gradeaus in eionzigsten, weg von der Autobahn abfahrenen Strasse. Knapp 950m. Taxi wollen knapp 10 USD. Ein Witz
