1.when we check in say the room will be ready at 3pm but we sit at the lobby, maybe 1 1/2 hours,but no one tell me need so long time ,just say will be ready 

2.when we are waiting the room  ,our phones no more power,ask for the charger, the staff said in my room have 2 ,what they are talking about?

3.i ask for the staff who can speak Cantonese to help me ,they said sent to my room ,but I wait for maybe 2 hours also no one can help,I need to go to the lobby to get help, the security help me a lot, but the reception service is very bad

4.we want to keep the welcome card for
Memories ,but we go down to have dinner buffet, and then we come back,we can’t find the card ,our luggages are tidy up by the house keeping ,I think they make it lost 

For the service 3star Hotel better than this 
we stay here for the honey moon,I think this hotel is the worst

The location of this hotel is very convenient just a few steps to metro station with excellent facilities. All hotel staff are friendly and very helpful with high efficiency work.
The buffet breakfast is a good quality with a great variety. We did enjoy stay in this hotel for 3 days and strongly recommend it to all travellers without any hesitation!

Although they gave me twins instead of King size, they were constantly checking to change the room for me. 
I only stayed for 2 nights so I wasn't so fussy about the bedding. 
Apart from that, this hotel has great location, good pool and gym and Korean grocery nearby which is perfect for my trip.

The room balcony is super large, the bedding is very comfortable, and the swimming pool has a great view. Later, I met a Chinese housekeeper March who provided very good service and gave me a leather perfume bottle and many small things, all of which were very textured. The hotel arranged birthday cakes and desserts, and each tasted very good. However, there were really many people in the hotel, almost all of them were locals, and I didn't see a single Chinese person, haha. Every restaurant in the hotel was full at night, and the atmosphere was very good. You might not get a seat without a reservation. I especially like the VIP swimming pool. The breakfast was extremely rich, with lobsters and oysters to eat as you like.
Thanks again to the Chinese housekeeper March, who also called a business car for us when we left.

Breakfast: Super terrible service, unfriendly to Chinese guests. only this hotel i have this strong feeling, we have checked in to Atlantis palm, St Regis Abu dhabi during this vacation and everything was perfect!!

For Jumeirah Beach Hotel, most of the staff in the breakfast area are not friendly, with no smile, and I felt like being bullied by the service peoples. You can see a few tables around are available, but she keeps guiding us to the last section of table area, which is very few people, and there is no one assistant.

Even the table is not yet well cleaned when she guided us to. My kids are sitting there. She didn't say anything but directly sprayed the cleaning liquid over my kid's head. And she asked me what i would like to order to drink when she is wiping. It is unprofessional and unrespect to try to take an order when you are not focused on your customers. I am wondering why this 5 star hotel can offer this service specially wondering this unprofessional assistant lady. Is there something wrong with you??

I ordered 2 glasses of milk for my kids.   They sent me 2 small milk jars , but we didn't order tea?!   So what is this for?!   And I try to ask someone to change.   However, over 15 minutes, there was no one answering,  i am pitty sure they both see i am asking for assistance !!!!!! 


Buggies service: When we ask for the buggie, the guy standing there tells us to walk as it's very near ?! Haha, that's so funny! everybody keeps faking us like a fool. You prepare this service and when I come though , you ask me to walk. what do you mean?! 



What a ******* experience ever!   I will never recommend this hotel to any Chinese/Asian face people!! Never waste your money to someone who dont care for your stay! 


Message to Jumeirah Beach Hotel : If you are not ready to open for Chinese people, please close your reservation ! don't try to accept our money then give me this ******* service!  It is terrible that I pay money to let me be bullied 😔  Otherwise , please send your service peoples for proper service training.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the facilities well-equipped, and the style unique to the hotel. The service was attentive and the communication was patient. The canal boat dock is right inside the hotel, and it's close to the Kasbah Market and the Kasbah shuttle bus. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The experience exceeded my expectations.

📍 Located next to the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, the four major hotels are connected by water and land. The overall building is a castle-style building. There are beautiful cars and beauties everywhere. Most of them are white people, and there are very few Chinese. You can take a free boat tour around the four major hotels, sunbathe on Jumeirah Beach (water and popsicles 🆓, you can scan the code to order next to each lounge chair), visit the Jumeirah Castle Market 🏰, and children can play in the kids club (various activities will be organized, and the custody 🆓 will be until 6 p.m.). The children's outdoor swimming pool is 50cm deep and has several security guards.

The most perfect hotel in Dubai. The location is very good. The beach is beautiful. The hotel is very big and beautiful. The beach has a beautiful view of the Burj Al Arab. The service is also very good. There are many luxury cars in the hotel. I will stay here again in the future. It is so comfortable.

Very good. As a family trip, it is very cost-effective to book a room during the period when the exhibition is not held. I did not expect to be able to stay in such a house in this place during the Chinese New Year. The breakfast in the hotel is very good and the service is also excellent. Anoma's smile is so charming. Healing and making people feel at home. The hotel has all the cooking pots and utensils, and there is a small supermarket below. It is very convenient if you want to cook some food occasionally. It seems that many Chinese people don’t know this place to stay. I haven’t met other Chinese people. I highly recommend it. .

The Nepalese brother who checked in was very polite and enthusiastic. The room was also large and spacious, especially the bathroom. The hotel itself is equivalent to a scenic spot, with shopping malls and restaurants inside. The shuttle boat can be hop on and off. Some boatmen are also very enthusiastic to help take pictures and introduce the hotel. If you want to take a longer boat ride to see the hotel as a whole, they will basically agree. I won't say much about the strong Arab style. I personally like it. There are Arab snacks and tea in the small villa for free. The hotel beach is very clean and the water quality is very good. A 7-star hotel looks more tasteful and filmy. Overall, it was a very good experience, worth staying again, and it is recommended to stay for two nights or more.

We spent one night in this hotel on our way home. It is an extremely elegant, clean and well-maintained hotel. The rooms are high up, starting from the 50th floor. The Londoners jumped in as soon as we arrived, check-in was quick and pleasant. We asked for an extra bed for our child, which was already at the door when we got there. We got a wonderful, huge room with a great view. The bed was extremely comfortable. The water pressure was the best during our long trip. We sat at the table with a teddy bear for breakfast :) I ordered an omelette, American pancakes for our child and a cappuccino for myself. The cappuccino did not arrive at all. The hummus and raspberry pastry were a pleasant surprise. There was a kind of pistachio pastry, the last of which was taken right in front of my nose by an extremely rude guest and since they did not bring more, I could not taste it. The water tank was not refilled, I was able to fill the last half glass by taking it off the stand, removing the top, and pouring it into the glass. The staff noticed this and we were given two mugs of lukewarm water, not cold, directly on the table. Breakfast was definitely the weakest point of our stay. All the food was very delicious, but the staff was inattentive, forgetful, and not proactive in the slightest. Check-out was also smooth, everything was prepared. Since our flight was delayed due to stormy weather, we were able to stay in the room longer, which we would like to thank for.

A family of five with a dog had a very good stay during the Spring Festival. I highly recommend this place for families with children. We booked a three-bedroom apartment with a large living room and a round dining table. It was very spacious and convenient to have a kitchen. We cooked dumplings in the kitchen when we were staying up late.

Geographically, Huacheng Square is across the street and Guangzhou Tower is within walking distance. There is an ole supermarket downstairs and many food options nearby, all within walking distance.

There is delicious sweet water every night, and a small cake was given on New Year's Eve. I especially want to mention that the hotel is very soundproof. I can't hear any sound from outside or the next room, and the sleep quality is great. The housekeeper Vivian's service is very considerate. She added WeChat before arriving and sent fruit. She would ask about the stay experience every day, and the takeaway would be delivered to the door. She also called the front desk to send any service in a timely manner. Seeing that we wanted to drink tea, she directly moved a box of water to us. It was very comfortable to stay. I will choose this place next time I come to Guangzhou!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, complete facilities, thoughtful service, exquisite and comfortable rooms, suitable for business and sightseeing customers. A little expensive, this is London!
