第一 在客人明確房間要退的情況下還把房間續過去第二 打催退電話房間電話沒有打通的情況下沒有查房直接打客人電話 客人説了退的情況下還續了房 直接把費用加收了 第一次遇到這樣的酒店 第三 房間很破舊 花灑都不能拿下來 亂出水
