Designed to easily accommodate two families/couples with a maximum capacity of 8 guests including 1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds and a pull out sofa bed upstairs in the second living area. There are 3 TVs (family room (Smart TV), bedroom and upstairs living area). Linen provided, luxury appointed with quality fixtures and fittings. Everything you could want at a dream location with free Wifi. The WIFI password is on a fridge magnet on the fridge.- Outside hot and cold shower to wash off the sand from the beach- 3 reverse cycle air conditioners- washer & dryer- private court yard- BBQ and full utensils. There are two gas bottles. If you run out of gas the Caltex garage on Bashford Street will exchange your gas bottle for a full one at no cost and will bill me.- European appliances - dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezerSandwich maker, rice cooker, frypans, glass bowls, casserole dish.Cooking utensils.- 3 flat screen televisions (1 is a smart TV ready for you to login to your streaming services)DVD player downstairs for the main TV- 2 car carport at the back plus free street parking at the front.Note that we do not supply shampoo just liquid soap.
