This New Year's Eve, I finally checked in to the Maoshan Texa Hotel I booked twice in the early stage but canceled because of things. I have been looking forward to it. The price of the hotel has not changed much during the holiday, which is really good. I went there with my family without telling the children. I booked the Undersea Column parent-child room. The children were very surprised and happy when they entered the door. The dolls are really big and cute. The room is big and very clean. The first impression is very good. The bathtub membranes are well arranged. Unlike some hotels where the bathtub membranes are only given after you ask or are not provided at all. This hotel does a good job with details. The layout and decoration of the entire hotel make people feel high-end and simple. It feels like returning to rural life and has its own vegetable patch. In addition, let’s talk about the children’s paradise. It is really the largest paradise in a hotel I have ever stayed in. It is fully booked and has sufficient air conditioning. It is a liberating experience for parents. In addition, I would like to say that every service staff here has a very good attitude, whether it is the guest room or the restaurant It’s really very welcoming. I added the hotel’s WeChat account when I made my first reservation. The service staff always responded to my various questions and took the trouble to do so. Thank you very much. There is another thing that I think is worthy of praise. I went from my room to the next building for dinner. My hair was not dried and the wind caused me a headache. I contacted the front desk and hoped to bring my hair dryer. The front desk enthusiastically helped me solve this problem. The staff at the hot springs and children's playground were very enthusiastic and responsible and gave us a very good stay experience. I would also like to make two small suggestions, hoping they will be helpful to your work. 1. There is no trash can under the sink in the bathroom of the room. You can put one. Otherwise, there is no place to put the garbage and you have to throw it on the table. 2. Breakfast tastes good, but some things can be kept warm, such as five-spice eggs and red bean porridge.

I was accidentally attracted by the unique hotel responses in the guest reviews on Ctrip, so I decided to go and experience it. After staying for two nights, I must review it seriously and responsibly today. The hotel has a good environment, it covers a large area, the rooms are large, and the two-bedroom is impressively large. The hardware facilities are good, four-star level, and the bedding and towels are relatively new, so I'm satisfied. The most common thing I saw before was the guests complaining about the breakfast. I was already mentally prepared, but the breakfast was still unacceptable. The cramped environment, a few fried vegetables, and the handmade steamed buns that I had high hopes for were not fresh because of the vermicelli stuffing. I gave up because of the delicious taste. I didn’t even wait for the legendary stone-ground soy milk. When I drank the soy milk the next day, it was different from what I expected. In the end, breakfast became a scene similar to the "Eight Yuan Stir-fried Vegetable Set". There were a few cold dishes that were good, but the porridge was very thin and unappetizing. In addition, I had dinner at the hotel and ordered two hours in advance. The menu was beautifully handwritten, but there were no prices or pictures. It was like a blind spot when ordering. After ordering, I was told that the price of the previous dishes was wrong and too expensive. A big piece of it, which leaves one speechless. Finally, the hotel service team "exists in name only." I made a mistake about the number of days I would stay when I checked in. I found out later but didn't update my room card. As a result, I couldn't swipe my room card the next day. The deposit wasn't returned after I checked out. It wasn't until I found out that I provided a receipt for the deposit. After returning from an afternoon trip, I found that the room had not been cleaned. I asked the front desk to come later, but in the end they didn't come until we went to bed. This is really a flaw and unacceptable. Two stars for service: one for the shuttle bus driver to Tofu Village and one for the friendly service staff. I sincerely hope that a hotel with such good conditions and design will not be ruined by such a dishonest service team.
