Had a great stay at Hotella resort and Spa. There was a nice selection of salads at lunch. The Spa really looked after me with a proper sports massage and traditional turkish bath. The Spa owner Efe was very helpful in discussing which treatment I needed.

I booked this hotel to get a break from life stresses, when I arrived I was given a room the manager at reception Vakkas failed to inform me that there was no running water in the hotel. I went upstairs to the room and noticed issues straight away 1. No bed sheets on the bed 2. The balcony door didn't open 3. Single duvet placed inside a double duvet cover. I was then given another room to which I wish they didn't bother because it was so much worse 1.other people's **********s and hairs from other peoples head of hair on the bed, pillows , balcony and bathroom sink 2. Balcony door doesn't lock to which I was told by the same male manager "lady don't worry you're on the 3rd floor" as if that was supposed to mean something or be some sort of comfort to me 3. Stains on the bed sheets and pillows where the hotel staff didn't clean either of the two rooms before giving them to me 4. As previously mentioned no running water and no information on when the hotel will have water. 5. Only 1 plug socket works out of the 5 available. 6. The fridge in the room was not clean the stains inside just really off putting 7. The hotel website says no pets allowed which is not true guests are allowed to bring their pets and stay at the hotel. I woke up 8am the next day got ready for the day and went down to reception at 945am as the hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach which they had failed to mention to me when I arrived that the shuttle service is not working, I asked the male Arda at the desk for a taxi as I was told the night before that a taxi is 10€ Arda at reception tried twice to over charge me by 40€ when I didn't take that as the right price he got angry and said ok 10€ then Arda walked off when I asked to speak to the manager Vakkas who was sitting there listening the entire time he came out asking me what was wrong he the proceeded to not allow me to speak and shouting at me very aggressively and intimidating. I am a woman who at the time was at this hotel alone some other UK guests saw what was happening to me and asked if I was ok after explaining to them what had taken place they said that the hotel did the same to them so they had to get their own vehicle to hire out later on in the afternoon. I noticed two coaches full of people getting off and going into the hotel which I later found out was the shuttle service I was told earlier in the day by Arda that it wasn't working and I had to pay for a taxi for no reason. Hotella resort and spa belek claim on their website that they have sun loungers and food and drink available at the beach but when I got to the beach I was told they have nothing there for this hotel and I was no allowed to purchase food and or anything to drink at I was not a guest at the hotel where the beach is so after paying for my cab I couldn't leave so stay 2hrs and left because I was hungry and thirst this is completely false advertising also they claimed to have wifi at the beach they had nothing I had to ask someone at a

The design of the hotel is very nice. We were greeted with a smile at the entrance and lobby. The rooms were very clean and adequate. There was hot water 24 hours a day. Breakfast and dinner were open buffet, with lots of variety, filling and delicious. We had the opportunity to use the spa section. Very clean and quiet. Especially Mr. Efe, the spa manager, was a very professional and caring person. We recommend the massage 100%. Hope to come again.

This is by far the WORST holiday i have had and was my second time in Turkey otherwise i may have been put off for good, this is a lengthy review so i have broken it down into parts which will hopefully allow the reader to jump straight to it if they don't want to read it all. I booked with Love Holiday so this is also a review of them too in a way. I've tried to be objective where I can be. I've just got back from 6 nights with my 19 year old son who by anyone standards is a picky eater!. 1) Initial reception & transfers Our flight was delayed and I'd read that a flight delay may mean that as the transfers are scheduled I may have to arrange my own transport as the shuttle may have left, the company used for transfer is called Meeting Point!. On arrival the transfer was actually quite smooth we were one of 2 families so we were taken in a full leather and clean Mercedes Vito which was impressive, the journey was supposed to take around 35 mins but took around 25 as the driver made use of the quiet roads!! This also included a stop for the other family to get some milk for their child which was a nice touch i thought, the family were from France but the female was of Turkish origin which I think helped. We arrived at the hotel late around 2330 we were taken to the room after around 15 mins check in by a bellboy , well he was around mid to late 30's he insistently took my case and took us up to the room, (3rd floor main building) he went on to explain how the lights and a/c worked although after a few goes at the light switch for the main area near the walkway it was clear it didn't work, he also pointed out the mini bar in the fridge and contents were free, the fridge also was not working and contained 4 or 5 small bottles of warm soft drinks. He then stood there with his hands crossed but facing me, realising he wanted a tip i fumbled for some change as id not taken any foreign currency as last time some places preferred either Dollar or Euro to the Turkish Lira so I thought id just use my cash card , plus hadn't planned on leaving the complex much and just wanted to chill out. I went to hand him some lira I had left over from my last holiday he looked and asked if I had some paper money for him!! I asked him to leave the room at this point. We then went back down to try to get something to eat and drink, we were told food & drink service had closed even though it was before midnight we were told there was some soup and bread, I had some but it wasn't very appealing. We managed to get some bottled water from the fridge in the pool area as the ones in our room were not chilled and it was still 30+ degrees at midnight. 2) Location The location is quite remote and is too far to walk to any local amenities, there are a few things close by most notably the land of legends theme park which is around 4km away and it also has a lot of restaurants and shops which you don't have to pay the theme park fees to access etc. Aside from that there are m

This hotel is definitely not a holiday resort for British people. I would say it is 96% Turkish holiday makers. The staff were all very nice but most found it difficult to understand us. The food was OK but again aimed mainly at Turkish people. My advice to the hotel owners if you want to encourage more British people you have to then cater for them. No toaster at breakfast so I could make a bit of toast. I also love beans on toast for breakfast on holiday but there wasn't a baked bean in sight. The hotel is to far out with no shops or restaurants nearby so to do anything different we had to use taxis and at 300 lira it could become quite expensive. To be fair I really think with the hotel being new they are on a learning curve and if take into consideration what all guests and not just Turkish are looking for at the price we payed can be a great wee place for a short break. All the staff worked really hard and if you treated them well they were nice to you.

Shocking Hotel.I arrived after 12pm (like a lot of flights to Turkey) and told NO room service. Nowhere to get a drink or any food. apart from warm orange/water in room. Why can not a sandwich be offered to late arriving guest. No tea/coffer service in rooms. There are 2 pools one with slides which played the loudest rave/house music for 7 hours daily that i have ever heard.(some songs were obscene) The other relax pool was good but still could hear the loud music. The beds were good and there was 3 double beds there that they charged £30 a day forr and you got a plate of fruit REALLY! The Hotel has nothing around it. no shops. pharmacy nothing. The nearest shop is 2.2km. Hotel does have a shop but nothing to buy in it. As no taxi pass the hotel you have to book at reception who sting you with £10 each way to go into the town (5km away) What a rip off.Main bar by pool wait was 15-20mins to get a drink.Ran out of Cola Zero on 2nd day.MEALS. I enjoyed the food. apart from the number of flies and cats. and after struggling to get a table for one. every meal. On the last day the coffee machines broke. so no coffee. Even though other bars had coffee. they would not serve until after 10am. What a joke. I could go on with things like Animation.staff but i think i could be here for days. I know cheap but even basics should be provided

Firstly the problems began on arrival , took a while for the hotel to find our booking and we was very late anyway, I asked for food and mekan made it happen all downhill from here . As we arrived early hours of the morning we was exhausted , room looked ok was enough space , modern looking . In the morning we went down for breakfast I’ve never seen so many flies was infested in the dining room , and flies all over the food . This was a daily occurrence but was not as bad the rest of week In the sense was still flies on everything , you couldn’t eat they was all over everything . All inclusive and we ate out most nights I couldn’t stomach eating the food only if it was covered , if you do stay here use the app get ir ( it’s cheap ) The cleaning of the rooms was near non existent bedding not changed but towels ( albeit one short every day ) was daily no tea or coffee given only coffee mate??? Floors never cleaned I literally dusted myself. Fittings fell off the walls, not all electric sockets work , oh and for a new hotel the taps was rusty the sink moves and after one person uses shower it goes hot and cold . The door handle to come in room was barely hanging on . The bedding towels etc second hand from another hotel so wasn’t even new . We used the free shuttle bus to go to the beach , quite a walk from where the bus drops you , you get your own part of the beach different hotels have there own section Hotella the worst , no toilets , and the other hotels have boards down the whole way to the water 46 degree heat you need it sand melted our shoes , but the snack bar there does cover the food in cling film and the chef looked very clean is his chef whites they served , burgers , fries , nuggets a bit of fruit And plenty of choice for drink . Problems arose when we went to get the bus back last bus is 5 we arrived at the bus stop 4.45 incase it came early . 5.30 and Still no bus , lucky my son did not come so I asked him to go to the reception and find out if it’s coming , he was shouted at told 5 o’clock which he explained his mum Is disabled and still not on the bus , bus arrived 15 minutes later driving at speed ( obviously told hurry up ) we got on the bus engine left running had to sit and wait for another 10 minutes as the driver what appeared to be waiting for his friend , detoured to drop him then finally back to the hotel , I spoke to reception and still no sense Was made of the bus being nearly a hour later and temperature over 40’degrees, no apology just attitude baring in mind I walk with 2 sticks . The on site shop is rubbish no essentials we also hired a scooter from here ( as we needed essentials ) the hottest day and it ran out of battery luckily we had family still at the hotel we got help back not from the owner and he still wanted us to pay I can not walk so was not happy to pay as it broke down ( I did not pay ) Snack bars same as inside, flies land on everything the whole hotel is a fly utopia honestly , standard burgers

Lovely hotel although a bit derelict no shops close by which isant got if you want to buy snacks or drinks etc. Only one socket worked in the room which was a nightmare. Hotel was very clean I did struggle a little with the food as wasn’t much English food. We got taxi to shops which was €5 each way although you get hassled to buy things I think I would go again it price was right

The all inclusive food was very good and nice service. Transport between AirPort and Hotel was far too expensive. Too long from the nearest city. Walking distanse at least 30 minutter to Belek. But for the price it was quite OK.
