Zeynep Hotel

2 Temmuz tarihi itibariyle setur aracılığıyla geldiğimiz Zeynep otelde hiç umulmadık bir durumla karşılaştık.Sabah kahvaltısında su istediğimizde masaya erikli büyük boy su getirildi.Suyun kapağının açılmış olduğunu fark ettik.Garsondan degistirmesini rica ettik.Suyu götürüp yeni su getirdi ve simdi açtım efendim buyrun dedi.Biz de teşekkür ettik.Aksam yemeğinde yine aynı seyle karşılaşınca tesadüf olamaz diye takip ettik ve gördüğümüz durum karşısında hayrete düştük.Yemeklerde masalara 1 lt ilk erikli şişede sular konuluyor.Bu suların kullanılmayan kısmı yemekten sonra toplanarak mutfakta üzerleri damacanalardan doldurulup kapaklar kapatılarak ertesi gün bu sular sanki açılmamış su gibi masalara tekrar servis ediliyor.Adam belki kafasına dikti şişeyi, İnsan bu durumu gözleriyle görünce acaba yediklerimizde kimbilir neler yapılıyor diye düşünmeden edemiyor doğrusu.Ayrıca yemekler gerçekten ortalamanın altında.Aynı ücreti ödeyip gidilebilecek çok daha güzel oteller var.Gitmeden önce düşünün derim.

Otele girdiğimiz anda hissettim paramın boşa gittiğini.zeynep otelde valizlerimizi odaya kendimiz taşıdık,kimse oteli gezdirmedi.yemekte içecek isteyeceğiz ortada personel yok.yemekleri güzel olarak okumuştum öğle akşam sürekli tavuk.tavuk ızgara,tavuk şiş,tavuk but... Havuz kenarları yerlere atılmış pipet dolu kimse temizlemiyor.4 kişilik bir aileyiz rahat etmek için suit oda aldık ama o kadar küçük ki odalar bir odaya 3 kişi asla sığmaz.daha önce gittiğim otellerin içinde en kötü olanı kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Ben otel araştırırken hep tavsiye, şikayet okurum yazdıklarım umarım birilerine yol gösterici olur.

We stayed for 8 days and can’t fault the hotel for anything apart from trouble with the safe in one room but was fixed within two hours.stayed in golf resort and room nice and bed excellent.All the staff excellent but must reserve special praise for Rambo( you legend),Esma ,Sadiq and ***nor (sorry if spelt wrong ) and Cesar down in main hotel pool bar and restaurant.also great work from kamal in the shop and Bilal in golf lobby for his driving us to golf courses and his happy personality.tolgar also great barman The hotel is located in a great spot for golfers as every course was within 10 mins and the food at the al acarte restaurants was top drawer.we avoided the buffet but looked nice and breakfast was also good .pool was lovely for workout and nice and quiet and gym was ok but a little dated but served it’s purpose .also the chef in Turkish restaurant was We will definitely come again and can’t speak highly enough of the place so congrats to the management

The hotel is quite dated even though the rooms were okay. Same menu everyday gets a bit boring specially if you are staying for more than 2-3 days . Taxis are expensive from belek area . The worst is the attitude of the staff . Some were okay but snack area staff were rude . Cats were eating lizards where we were eating in the snack area and none of the staff was bothered . As for the beach , the security on the beach and life guards harass you and ask you after every 10 mins which hotel you are from and to show proof that you are staying in the hotel . We got asked 3 times in a span of 10 minutes even though we had the hotel blue towels our key card . There was no manager present the whole day and no one else to complain to . Felt quite overwhelmed that a 5 star hotel treats its guest as if they are thieves . Did not feel comfortable as the guards kept saying we are watching you . Disgusted .

The hotel is no way 5 star, more like 3+. Premises are out of date and the keeping up the place does not look active. Service is ok, but no way attentive! Everything is more like self-service. The main restaurant is more like office cafeteria, service people go around with trolleys to collect dirty dishes, not that much interested in service. Sauna and steam bath: Steam bath was closed but the sauna was open. Facilities are very much out of date and the service was the same. The locker room reminded me on my high school years. Because I was not interested in ordering massage, I was not directed or helped in any ways. On my way to the spa area, there was two employees lying on the sofas and taking a nap. I could easily continue to give more details, but to summarize. This hotel is not enjoy days in resort. I am here to play golf, so it's ok. There are much better hotels with the same price range around.

Eight of us travelled there as part of a golf holiday believing it to be fully inclusive with great food and facilities. While self service was not available in most areas there were still areas where other people were able to handle food that they did not eat and serving untensils were handled by everyone. Service was abysmal with very few staff serving and people pushing past one another to try to get their food quicker. The layout was poor meaning you had to visit a number of food stations and be served by different members of staff before ending up with a meal which could take up to 10 minutes to get on your plate meaning your food was cold before you got it to the table. While there was a fairly wide choice of food it was all poor quality unless you like warm chips and much of it was labelled such that you were not sure what you were eating. There was an a la carte restaurant which seemed to serve hotel standard food but was not very big and you had to pay for this separately which questioned how they could call it all inclusive. I ended up getting food poisoning on the 6th day and another member of our group also complained of feeling ill after one meal. The alternatives when the restaurant was closed were very basic with limited choices. Overall not a place to revisit
