We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Kagi Resort and Spa! From start to finish, the team’s expertise and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The room was beautifully designed, the food was exceptional, and the variety of activities offered kept us entertained throughout. The resort is surrounded by breathtaking views, making every moment feel like a postcard come to life.
A special mention to our butler, Aman, whose attentiveness and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable—he truly went above and beyond to assist us. Chef Mikael and his talented culinary team served dishes that were nothing short of amazing, leaving us eagerly anticipating every meal. General Manager Areef deserves praise for leading such an outstanding team, ensuring every guest experiences the best Kagi has to offer.
The spa team also created an extraordinary experience that was unlike anything we’ve had elsewhere. From relaxing yoga sessions and soothing sound healing to world-class spa treatments, every moment at the spa felt like pure bliss. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out and made this a highlight of our stay.
The PADI team also deserves a shoutout for creating unforgettable snorkeling and water sports experiences, all while being a team of just four dedicated professionals! Their passion and expertise truly shine.

Since Kagi Resort was undergoing renovation, we stayed at Veligandu Resort, a resort of the same class.
At first, we had difficulty contacting the resort and had difficulties with airport transfer, but after that, everything was better than expected.
Butler LAKSHI took special care of all our schedules during the 5 nights and 6 days, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
The aquatic environment was also great, so we could see turtles, Nemo, white tip sharks, and nurse sharks at the resort house reef, and we could see sharks and eagle rays passing by our ocean pool villa every morning.
On cloudless nights, we could enjoy the falling stars from the pool in our villa.
We mainly ate buffet meals, and the food was more delicious than we expected. The steak and lamb ribs at Lalu Restaurant, which we ate on the last night, were also good. Lalu Restaurant is located on the beach, so you can enjoy a romantic dinner while watching the sunset.
