Avoid the room with massage chair. The massage chair takes up huge space and we have limited space to open our two luggage.

I am very satisfied with the smoothness of check-in and check-out, the free parking fee, and the size and comfort of the room.
There are many convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel, so I think it's convenient.
Unfortunately, I was looking forward to the breakfast buffet, so it was a little disappointing, but overall, it's a good hotel. Also, if there is an opportunity, I would like to use it.

【立地】
まず、鉄道は最寄り駅（市電谷山電停・JR谷山駅）から遠く、タクシー利用は必須です。
経済的な交通手段としては、市営バスを利用する方法もありますが、こちらも最寄り停留所（大御堂）から遠く、しかもその後1km近く徒歩での移動が必要となり、その意味で立地は良くありません。
又、周辺は工業地帯のようで、幹線道路沿線型の飲食店には困りませんが、こちらもホテルからしばらく歩く必要があり、利便性は高くありません。
【清潔度】
一般的なビジネスホテル同等水準で、可もなければ不可もなし。
【サービス】
特筆すべきものはありません。何故か、歯ブラシや髭剃り、櫛等はフロント前の棚から必要数分を部屋に持ち込む必要があります。
全館共有のアイロンは常時貸出中、VODはサーバ故障のまま修理の目途立たず、実質放置のようです。
【施設】
モーニングビュッフェは1階の和食屋（海鮮系）を利用するようですが、「○○水産」系の居酒屋を彷彿とさせる店構えとメニューで、しかも定食系の価格帯が完全に観光地価格。
結局、食事はホテルから10分程度歩き、チェーンの定食屋を使用しました。同じような宿泊客は他にもいるようで、フロントでホテル周辺の飲食店ガイド（チラシ）が貰えます。
総じてやや辛辣な評価となりましたが、連休の週ということもあり、割高となった宿泊代金も不満足の一要素となっています。
私は近隣での弔事予定のため、やむなく移動距離の少ない当ホテルを選択しましたが、この宿泊代金なら、鹿児島中央駅前のホテルの方が、条件や総合的な満足度は格段に高いと思います。
敢えて立地の不便を押してまで、宿泊するメリットは少ないと思います。

お部屋は清潔感がありスタッフの対応も良かったです。土曜日でも安くで泊まれて、なんといっても駐車場代が無料というのは嬉しかったです。立体駐車場なのも嬉しい。隣にレストランがあって新鮮なお刺身が美味しかったです。
朝のバイキングもお刺身をたくさん食べれました。大変満足できました。

中心部から離れているが，車の移動なら問題無い。駐車場は無料で，分かり易く，止めやすかった。
食事無しでも朝食の質問に快く答えてくれた。部屋も清潔で良い。
