The Ritz-Carlton O‘Ahu, Turtle Bay

The hotel environment is so beautiful. The only drawback is that the food in the hotel restaurant is expensive and not tasty.

The service attitude of the hotel is so good. The room I was given was on the second floor, close to the Pacific Ocean, but it was blocked by the hotel platform, so I couldn't see anything. Later, I was upgraded to a pool view for free, and I could see part of the sea view and mountain view.

Beautiful scenery, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, but the waiters are indifferent and there are many hidden costs.

This hotel should be the previous Turtle Bay Resort, so it was not opened in 2024 at all. The rooms are very old and not worth the price.

黑店，小心入坑！ 雖然這個酒店裝修漂亮，但服務非常差，要注意以下： 1） 如入住帶有入俱樂部房類的，千萬不要買額外早餐和午餐！因為就算你付每日多$1000早餐費用和額外$1000午餐費用，原來在攜程訂的額外用餐，酒店都不承認的。幾經交涉酒店才勉強讓我們在本來房類已包含的俱樂部酒廊內吃。所以千萬別購買額外$2000+tax 早餐和午餐，並不是在餐廳用餐的，額外的付費是多餘的，小心中伏! 2）我們入住的房間是Bungalow房類，房間是漂亮的。但房間的配套設施好甩漏！房間居然沒有放固定電話！另，得悉於環保要求關係，沒有配置任何瓶裝水！也沒有付費的Mini bar! Fridge 空空如也。 3）沒有廿四小時前台，入夜後沒有人on duty接聽，如要找前台，叫天不認，叫地不聞。 入住時沒有為意房間內沒有電話裝置，半夜想要支瓶裝水吃藥，想打出前台才發現。由於Bungalow位置離開Reception很遠，而且晚上剛下雨，半夜三更唯有在沒有辦法與前台溝通，就必須用手機打國際長途電話去前台，打通了，但駁入留言信箱，而且留言信箱爆滿，亦不能留言！ 4.總的來說性價比超低！房間配套設施和服務不是我認知的Ritz Carlton 水平，按bungalow連俱樂部酒廊的房費，剩房價每晚要$1萬還未包稅。每天付額外早餐和午餐費加起來$1.4 萬一晚，性價比實在超低。在Honolulu 海邊Resort, 應有更好的選擇。
