沒有熱水！！！！外面氣温零下的情況下洗澡水三十多度，和體温差不多温度，打電話給前台前台一直不接電話，找攜程客服，客服也聯繫不上前台，我下去看，前台在玩手機和別人打語音聊天，我和他溝通不出熱水，前台拽的很，我們酒店就這樣，倆晚將近六百塊錢的酒店，硬件設施比不上一百多的快捷酒店，也比不上人家前台熱情，然後上來了個男保安，我以為要給我解決，然後解決方法就是一直放熱水，放了十分鐘，説你再放會兒然後就走了，再放會兒也沒有出熱水，氣得我都無語了！衞生間也不乾淨！鏡子下面水龍頭上全是水漬！！！牆面也不咋地，想花錢買罪受的顧客可以來，歡迎冤大頭入住！！！！一次性拖鞋也沒有，找前台要，説肯定有然後我仔細找，確實沒有讓一個大哥師傅送了，我還怕我遺漏了哪個地方，我讓他也進來找，確實沒有，沒有放就算了，前台還和客人死犟！

設施：酒店的設施都挺新的，房間裏沒有什麼味道。
衞生：衞生狀況良好，打掃的也很乾凈。
環境：但是酒店的環境稍微有一點不行，樓下大馬路比較吵，然後酒店是在寫字樓裏，樓里人員混雜。並且上電梯也不需要刷卡，任何人可以任意進出。
服務：服務挺不錯的。

先説位置，由於是國慶假期，開封的酒店價格翻倍的有點厲害，老城區四星五星都特別特別貴，相對而言這家酒店價格還算合理，就是稍微有點點偏，好麼也還好，因為開封室內都有共享電瓶車共享自行車，出門方便，不行就打車唄，也方便。樓下有幾家飯店和便利店，隔一個紅綠燈就是開封的開元廣場，啥都有，星巴克霸王茶姬海底撈電影院啊按摩的唱歌的都有，不去老城區的話也能滿足衣食住行，不過有名的打卡景點和餐廳都在老城區哈。
房間內部，如圖，還行吧，很大，床品還行，就是地毯稍微有點臟兮兮的，不過地毯用久了是這樣的，理解，乾淨就行，有看到隔壁房間退房阿姨有打掃地毯的。衞生間乾濕分離，甚至衞生間和淋浴間也分開兩側的，很好。我比較運氣不好，淋浴間下水道堵住了，跟前台反饋了，態度很好，也有派人去處理。唯一不滿意的就是免費提供的礦泉水不知道為何是小半瓶的，嚇得我另外一瓶完整的也沒敢喝，前台送了兩瓶水和特色花生糕作為一點補償心意，態度真心不錯。哦，對了，我晚上出去了一趟，回來就發現桌子上多了小點心，如圖5，還有酸奶，正好嘴巴淡，給吃完了。
綜上：不在意地理位置的話，可以選擇。
